GoogleHi, We have just renewed our tenancy, everything was done electronically without the hassle of having to sign and send sheets of paper backwards and forwards through the post. GoogleFantastic customer service from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a better lettings agency to deal with. Laura made sure the whole process ran as smooth as possible and nothing was too much to ask of her! I would definitely recommend Reeds Rains to anybody who is looking to rent within the area!

GoogleIf you are a landlord looking to rent a property, go elsewhere. My experience is that this agent is totally disorganised. I signed a contract with them a month before my flat was due to be occupied. Days before the tenant was due to move in, they told me I needed to sign it again because their head office wanted a part of it that didn’t apply to my contract completed differently. I had to tell them the flat was ready for photos three times, that I would handle the deposit twice and had to send them the gas and electrical safety certificates twice - they didn't like the file format, but it took a month for them to realize. I would not use them again.

GoogleThere is a vast difference between Reads Rains and other estate agents. They managed the sale of the property, but once sold they did not stop there; chasing up the status of the selling chain, the solicitors including the exchange. Their service was priceless. An especial thanks in particular to Warren.

GoogleI recently viewed a property where i was shown around by Stephen. 1. He was 15 minutes late. NO communication. 2. He had NO enthusiasm for tge prooertyHe didn't know any information about the property if you did it wasn't willing to divulge it he just stood in, lacking basic Manners and people skills. So it's telling me to say something else He didn't know any information about the property if he did hewasn't willing to divulge it, he just stood there looking disgruntled. You call the office.no one answers and if they do its like you are an inconvenience. We called that many times one day we actually drove to the office as noone had answered to find a member if the team eating at the desk whilst phones were ringing.NegativeProfessionalism
