GoogleReally happy with the Lettings service. I’m a first time landlord and my house was let out quickly and the process was easy and hassle free. Louise was knowledgeable and approachable and made me feel totally at ease. Laura worked really hard to get the property let quickly and was a joy to deal with throughout the process. I will absolutely use the team again in the future.

Every query is followed up as quickly as possible and you are kept updated and fully informed throughout the whole process of house sale. GoogleThe best estate agents we have dealt with. We sold and purchased through the widnes branch and couldn't be happier with the service we recieved. The receptionist Rebecca is amazing, nothing is too much, John who showed our property Is proffessional and kind. We also used Reeds recommended mortgage brokers embrase finance and couldn't be happier with Sandi and the service she provided.

GoogleSecond year with Reeds Rains in Widnes and branch staff Luke Thompson and Hannah provided a great service finding a new tenant and communicating with me. Reeds Rains central system for maintenance, credit control etc is not that great, the local branch staff made up for it. Thanks Luke for keeping in touch and addressing all my issues promptly.

GoogleVery difficult to get the maintenance repairs done. Constantly lying about having new management for over a year. Been told that routine visit will sort everything out then stop answering after the visit. After this happened twice, they refuse to arrange maintenence work while still pushing for routine visit. Just had another unpleasant conversation with one lady about 5 mins ago from the branch, and she hung up after I refused routine visit. She was not polite at all, constantly cut in, threatening that I'm braking the contract while they aren't fixing issues. It used to be a good branch but now it seems like they just don't care anymore.

Googlejust now I found selling my house daunting, but Jamie and Warren were always friendly and reassuring. They would advise me, but always respected my decisions and requests. They gave me regular phone calls, keeping me updated followed by emails/letters. All other staff I had contact with by phone were always helpful and friendly. I recommend Reeds Rains.

She has been nothing but incredible these past 3 weeks helping me to find a tenant, arrange EPCs and generally make sure the properties are good for the tenant to move in. I would highly recommend Laura dealing with anu queries you have with Reeds Rains. Thank you again!
