GoogleRecently completed a purchase through Reeds Rains Widnes and the team were all brilliant and helped me so much throughout. I only wish my solcitors had been even half as useful as Reeds Rains! I spoke to every member of staff during my purchase and all were excellent, Charlotte was particularly amazing and helped to really push my purchase over the line and kept me updated at very regular intervals which really took the stress out of the purchase. GoogleMy elderly parents, aged 73 and 76, have just moved house using Reeds Rains estate agents in Widnes. The move was a highly important one; my parents had to move from a health and financial perspective and had put their house on the market every spring for the last 3 years only to have taken it down again - the stress of moving was just too much from my dads health perspective. From start to finish, Emily Gainer and the team at Reeds Rains understood the importance of the move and were tentative to the needs of my parents from the very start. Moving house is a very stressful event anyway, an ours wasn't the smoothest to say the least. On numerous occasions the chain was at risk with people from within the chain threatening to pull out due to the amount of time the solicitors from further up the chain were taking to complete their queries. It has to be the most stressful house move I have ever had to manage, and with so much riding on it, this just added so much more to the pressure. Emily went above and beyond what was expected of her. One of the houses in the chain had been sold privately and therefore without an estate agent and this is where the delays were found to be, with outstanding queries not even commenced quite far into the sale. Emily took it upon herself to support this element of the chain, providing advice and guidance, and driving moving the sale / purchase forward knowing what was at stake. Laura Goode from Butterworth's solicitors were also excellent in this regard, working efficiently, always available to talk to by phone and swift in responding to emails - thank you Laura! On Tuesday of this week, my parents finally moved into their dream home even though contracts still hadn't exchanged on the morning of completion. They know nothing of the problems and stress it has taken for us to get them there - Emily and I managed everything between ourselves without their knowledge in order to protect them and to ensure that they saw this through to the end. Its not easy moving house - it is even harder moving your elderly parents when one of them has health issues, and my parents and I just want to thank Emily and the Reeds Rains team from the bottom of our hearts for helping us through this incredibly important step in my parents lives. I don't think our experience would have been the same if we had chosen any other estate agents. And I've found a friend along the way too. Thanks Em!

GoogleI have rented 2 properties under Reeds rains, Laura has delt with me on both occasions. This lady is outstanding at her job. She is a massive asset to Reeds rains. Everything runs according to plan. Laura goes above and beyond the call of duty. Not only is she very professional at her job she has a natural ability to keep you calm and filled me with confidence every step of the way. I would highly recommend Reeds rains and Laura. GoogleSold and bought through Reeds Rains Widnes. Fantastic professional service from start to finish. Significant challenges lower down the chain (not at all Reeds Rains responsibility) meant things almost went wrong at the last minute. Emily and her team worked miracles communicating with the entire chain and against the odds we exchanged and completed bang on target. I firmly believe that had we been with another agency our sale and purchase would have fallen through. Can't recommend this team highly enough. There may be cheaper available but you won't get that level of service elsewhere. Can also recommend Sandi for excellent mortgage advice and detailed knowledge of available products.

GoogleReeds Rains were top rate from start to finish regarding the sale of our property. Very impressed by Alun, the manager who convinced us that Reeds Rains was our best option for achieving a speedy and successful sale. In fact, our property had an offer within two days and the whole process was completed within seven weeks. Using a solicitor that they use for their conveyancing proved to be a real benefit. Warren, our sales negotiator, was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and kept us well informed of developments on a regular basis. Highly recommended!
