GoogleI completed my house sale with Reeds Rains today. Many thanks to Jake and Charlotte for the fantastic service. Jake has kindly dedicated extra time to ensure that my property was advertised as soon as possible and the house sold within a week. He was always very helpful and answered all my queries straightaway. Jake has coordinated with solicitors and kept me informed throughout the process ensuring smooth and fast transaction. I've just been through the process of re-letting a property and everything was managed brilliantly which enabled the house to be quickly turned around. GoogleReeds have given me fantastic service over the past few years However once the previous staff began to move on I had to make a decision about self management of my properties Had I known then that the current staff especially Hayley would be taking over I would probably not have moved my properties I've had so much help from the staff in my transition period that I can only that there's nothing that's been too much for them Providing me with such a wonderful service dispite me moving has shown how good they will be if I'd stayed Once again all I can say is the service has been fantastic and as I've said Hayley has gone out of her way to help me

You were honestly such a breath of fresh air and stand out from all the other estate agents who have shown us around previous properties. From first impressions you made us feel at ease and very welcome. Your appearance was impeccable, your polite and positive manners, collectiveness and kind energy and most importantly your delivery of information was second to none. We really liked that you had the information ready and you came forward with it before us even needing to ask. This makes a drastic change from our past experiences, hence why we feel the need to praise you on your outstanding work. I wish we could book you for any future viewing (although hopefully we wont need any), but being serious I would recommend you in a heart beat. Your definitely a master of your craft so thank you again for making our viewing so Seamless. When the day comes and we have our own property to sell we would want you to represent it. GoogleRecently bought a house that reeds rains marketed. I can honestly say after a few years buying houses these are the best company I have ever dealt with. From communication, to going above and beyond on matters that wasn't really on them to resolve. After long delays due to solicitors on both side, they even helped get that pushed along. Honestly couldn't recommend these enough.
