GoogleHayley who manages the rental side of things is extremely RUDE to say the least, snotty unprofessional attitude, this branch has gone downhill.

GoogleVery friendly and knowledgable staff. The Sales Advisor (Charlotte) was very helpful in arranging a quick valuation of our property and also arranging a phone call with a mortgage advisor. The Sales Agent (Jake) had in depth knowledge of the area and gave a fair valuation of our hone as well as letting us know how the market currently is. The Mortgage Advisor, Kevin, was very helpful. Answered all my questions and provided information on additional cost for selling your first home along with calculating of potential mortgage lend based on our current income. Would highly recommend

GoogleWas interested in a property for Let via this estate agent. I rung them up and unfortunately didn’t get through multiple times. On my third attempt, I was successful, and spoke to someone on the phone about the property. I advised the agent that I work in an environment where I’m unable to take calls and to liaise with someone else, who I have contact details for, regarding viewings and details. Later that day I asked the person who was to be contacted, and they hadn’t received any calls from this estate agent. The next day I was on their website and noticed the property was now ‘Let Agreed’. This wasn’t made clear to me the day prior, and I hadn’t even been given the chance to view the property. EXTREMELY unprofessional and poor service. I would certainly not allow this company to deal with my custom and money. Overall 1/5 - and even that is a stretch!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI called into your shop recently and arranged a viewing with lettings negotiator Ellie Wilson. I was greeted warmly and felt right at ease. Nothing was too much to ask for. After the viewing I still had some queries. These were answered promptly via telephone. We also had a little chat about Harry Potter which was fun. I definitely recommend them for their outstanding customer service and efficiency.

Sandi the Broker was excellent, helped us from start to finish and as it was our house buying she answered all our enquiries and guided us throughout. Very quick on her responses to emails.
