I had a few viewings with different estate agents but Reeds Rains offered the best opportunity to sell the house to get the best price we wanted. Got them out for a valuation - the manager didn’t even attend, the lady didn’t do anything I had asked from the valuation!! The whole thing took 5/10 mins max!! When I finally got the email “presentation” I was advised I would receive it was a 2 page presentation all abt their business and the valuation was a half a page document!! No explanation, no recommendations no nothing absolute useless estate agents!! I knew their rentals side was shockingly crap. It goes to show the whole of the business is

I have recently sold my house with reeds rains, my house sold within a week, unfortunately the buyer pulled out late on down the line and Jake and the team managed to resell my property within days. I was on a tight deadline and they done everything they could to push it through. My main point of contact was Jake and he was brilliant. I can honestly say the service provided by Jake and his team was exceptional... Always ready to step in and explain any issues which arose whilst selling our new build home If we called to speak to Charlotte or Jake and they were not available we never had to wait longer than an hour before we had a response. I would advise everyone to use reeds rains in Widnes for these reasons, the service provided was completely comprehensive and at no point did I feel we weren't included or told of exactly where we were at in terms of the progression and sale of our home.
