I recently viewed a property where i was shown around by Stephen. 1. He was 15 minutes late. NO communication. 2. He had NO enthusiasm for tge prooertyHe didn't know any information about the property if you did it wasn't willing to divulge it he just stood in, lacking basic Manners and people skills. So it's telling me to say something else He didn't know any information about the property if he did hewasn't willing to divulge it, he just stood there looking disgruntled. You call the office.no one answers and if they do its like you are an inconvenience. We called that many times one day we actually drove to the office as noone had answered to find a member if the team eating at the desk whilst phones were ringing.NegativeProfessionalism

The agent I worked with is Thomas Wynne, he was lovely, friendly and professional at every interaction. He wore a suit to the viewing which really impressed me, at other places the person hosting the viewing just wore casual clothes, which of course is fine but the suit definitely made it feel more serious and professional.

Images took was not acceptable they was took and published when my tenant was in the process of moving out.I spoke to them and emailed them and Auction company numerous times to say I wanted pictures retook,this was not done Communication was very poor. Very unhappy with sale and Reeds Rains.

A TOTAL SHAMBLES. Would award 0 stars if I could. Handed the keys back to our property 2 weeks ago today, the inspection (which cost £120) took place 2 days later. The inspection showed each room in the house to be in "good condition" "good domestic clean" and "no maintenance required". Superb, the deposit should be sent back within a few days I thought, as has been the case with all other estate agents I have used previously. Not this time though. Despite the report showing the house to be clean, I was informed a week later that the landlord was looking to deduct some cleaning charges which came as a huge surprise given the reports of the inspection and also our own photos which we took before leaving, showing the property to be in great condition. Over 30 calls/e-mails ignored, and still now 14 days later the hopeless staff in the Reeds Rains call centre are unable to advise an amount that the landlord is looking to deduct. This company is great when setting up and taking your money but beyond a joke when it comes to giving your deposit back. Staff in the branch not interested in helping, instead palming you off to the call centre who are totally uninterested and quite frankly, totally useless. Avoid at all costs - an utter shambles who are only interested in taking your money. Unsurprisingly when I shared my experience on social media, there were several more comments from people who had also been ripped off when trying to claim their deposit back. Still none the wiser as to where we stand, will be disputing any charges when someone can be bothered telling me how much they are and reporting to the relevant organisation. Bigger con artists you will struggle to find.
