Reeds Rains, Widnes reviews

Bought a house through Reeds Rains and felt that they could not be any more helpful. Very upfront and honest regarding their seller's attitudes, and very helpful through the whole process. Also very accommodating for the number of viewings I arranged to the property. I often found when there seemed to be very little communication between solicitors I could speak to Reeds Rains and know that they would do everything they could to move the process along. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a house.

Best decision ever. At the beginning I thought about going with online agents to save money. I am glad I did not. Reeds reins earned every penny I spent on the sale. Without RR and the hard work of Warren Sharrif, this would have never completed. Other parties in the chain were using online agents which made it impossible to progress the sale. It was basically RR and namely Warren Sharrif that did the work for the entire chain and I am glad I used them otherwise I would have lost much more than what I could have saved using an online agent. You get what you pay for, and I certainly got a great value for the money I spent.

Reeds Rains were top rate from start to finish regarding the sale of our property. Very impressed by Alun, the manager who convinced us that Reeds Rains was our best option for achieving a speedy and successful sale. In fact, our property had an offer within two days and the whole process was completed within seven weeks. Using a solicitor that they use for their conveyancing proved to be a real benefit. Warren, our sales negotiator, was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and kept us well informed of developments on a regular basis. Highly recommended!

I wouldn't recommend these agents, unprofessional, rude and nothing but time wasters. They lead me on for two weeks thinking I'd be moving into a one of they're properties. Thankfully I put two and two together and realised that nothing was going to come from them. They weren't great at the start but eventually they showed they're true colours. Really disappointed with Reeds Rains, one would think it would be a great estate agents as they're established, but far from it. I'd advise anyone if they experience similar behavior or warning signs just to walk away as they will just lead you on and you'll be the one left behind so just get ahead of the game. They started huffing and puffing when I rang politely to ask questions or for my answer as they hadn't rang me back. Bunch of rude and arrogant time wasters. Good riddens.

I cant thank the girls in Reed rains widnes enough for there help over the last month. Ellie and Laura have been great at keeping me updated and helpful with everything I needed to know. Also Sandy for her help too. Even after I moved into the property they have been checking in to make sure the move went okay and I know if I have any problems down the line they will help. Highly recommended! I'm going to be a first time buyer and have been saving for a sizeable deposit for some time. I spoke with a lovely young lady called Sandi Wilkinson who has given me the most sound mortgage advice I could have asked for, I will definitely be speaking to her again. The lady really does know what she is talking about and I look forward to using her services in the near future.
