GoogleMy experience with Roman City was overall very efficient and transparent. They are understanding of different circumstances and will put effort into accommodating for that. Sam Jeffreys handled our paperwork, and I thought he made the process very streamlined and with minimal paperwork.

GoogleI’ve been with Roman city as a student for just over two years and they’ve always had my back! Chloe in particular is more of a friend than a name in the agency and has really helped me with all the house viewings, property issues and questions I’ve had. She goes above and beyond and I always know I have a friend at Roman City. Im excited to work with them again as a professional!

GoogleLived in a flat with Roman City for nearly a year and it was great. The team were always very quick and responsive, needling our needs pretty much immediately, or as immediately as they physically could (when a mirror has to be specially made or ordered, they can’t help the shipping delays so don’t blame the team!). Kayla in particular was who my partner and I dealt with and she was always so polite and accommodating. Nothing was too much for, even when she’s run ragged with how hard she’s working. GoogleI cannot stress enough how easy Roman City made the process of security a house for us. Myself and the other 3 girls i am living with are students. Roman City privately sent us links to property’s meeting exactly our criteria, and we found one straight away! The process of paying the deposit and signing documents was so easy and straight froward, and the lady who helped us , Chloe, was very helpful and replied to any questions we had very quickly. GoogleNeeded a flat asap, we arranged some viewings but they turned out to be for the next student year. We told Paula our situation, she took us to a different flat and we were in by the end of the week. Everyone we dealt with on the phone were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
