GoogleI rented my final year student flat through Roman City and wish I’d used them for the whole of my university experience - very responsive to any queries, concerns or problems at the flat and extremely communicative whether it was sending our monthly rent receipt or checking up on a workman’s visit. We had especially good communication with Chloe who made our time living there so easy and stress-free. GoogleLived in a flat with Roman City for nearly a year and it was great. The team were always very quick and responsive, needling our needs pretty much immediately, or as immediately as they physically could (when a mirror has to be specially made or ordered, they can’t help the shipping delays so don’t blame the team!). Kayla in particular was who my partner and I dealt with and she was always so polite and accommodating. Nothing was too much for, even when she’s run ragged with how hard she’s working. GoogleI cannot stress enough how easy Roman City made the process of security a house for us. Myself and the other 3 girls i am living with are students. Roman City privately sent us links to property’s meeting exactly our criteria, and we found one straight away! The process of paying the deposit and signing documents was so easy and straight froward, and the lady who helped us , Chloe, was very helpful and replied to any questions we had very quickly. GoogleNeeded a flat asap, we arranged some viewings but they turned out to be for the next student year. We told Paula our situation, she took us to a different flat and we were in by the end of the week. Everyone we dealt with on the phone were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleRoman city have been very helpful in finding our student uni house for next year. They were very efficient in giving us house viewing and going onto the next stages. Especially sam, who always responded to our emails straight away and was very efficient with viewings, he answered any queries we had about the property and helped us find the perfect 6 man house for our group.

GoogleStayed in property managed by Roman City for my final year, all the ladies were extremely helpful whenever I needed anything and gave more than enough notice when they needed something. Would recommend after having bad experiences with previous landlords in 2nd and 3rd year.

GoogleI was concerned, needlessly I must add, about IP addresses being shown on some documentation. Chloe took my problem in hand and I am now totally relaxed about this. Furthermore, all communications between us were handled promptly and efficiently. Would that all letting agents were like Chloe's company. I award them a Gold star and a Green Bunny.

GoogleI am a student and I was looking for a 5 bed student house in Bath, we walked into Roman City and they were amazing! We had 2 viewings of amazing properties in prime location. After choosing our home, the process has been so easy and the communcaition of the office (Sam in particular who organised everything for us) has been amazing.
