GoogleWe've just sold a property that Roman City managed for us for 15 years. They have been absolutely fantastic across the years - Chloe has been our main contact on the management side, and Pauline on the statements, documents and figures - both have been superb, and we will very much miss working with them. They work phenomenally hard to make sure landlords and tenants alike are getting the very best deal - we couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you for everything Roman City!

GoogleI wanted to write a review to express my total satisfaction of dealing with Roman City and specifically with Pauline Hudd. We had rented before through Roman City for our daughter and they made the experience of the girls first 'home' extremely straight forward. We are now looking again for their final year and cannot thank Pauline enough who went the extra mile to ensure that, as a previous tenant, they made sure we were kept informed superbly which has resulted in another rental with Roman City. Paula took personal interest in our requirements and without fail came back immediately on every question we had and more importantly always took our phone calls which is a rarity these days. Thank you Pauline for looking after our children so well!

GoogleI’m a student and I had a lovely experience with Bath Roman City - especially Kayla and Ellie. I’ve heard many stories and warnings about nightmare agents/landlords, but my experience could not be further from the stereotypes! They’re a lovely team, kind, prompt with replies, always try their best to solve any issues. If I had to be super critical, we didn’t get a gardening service as promised but the team was really upset to find out about this, so I’m sure the issue will be resolved quickly for future tenants! Couldn’t recommend them more. Use their services with confidence, you won’t be let down!

GoogleMy recent experience with Roman City Property was very positive. I have undertaken to be a guarantor on a student tenancy agreement and branch manager, Sam Jeffreys was super helpful coordinating this. He explained all the options available to support the guarantor requirements and within a matter of days I was able to complete the personal credit check, have my questions answered fully and then received the lease document for DocuSign. I felt very comfortable with the process throughout.

GoogleGoing into a tenancy agreement can be very daunting as a student, it’s your first proper time communicating and sorting things out with organisations outside of your university. However, Michele Davies was able to take a lot of stress off of us and aid us through every step of the way. Given the current pandemic I understand this is harder on their behalf as well as ours and Michele was always understanding and very responsive if there was ever anything any of us didn’t understand!

In comparison to others, Roman City were very quick to respond to my inquiries, Marle was the agent who worked with my group and I, she was fantastic. Rapidly a viewing was arranged and now the house is sorted!
