Google'Brilliant Barney'!
Barney Hellon was just amazing in helping my son and I navigate the shark-infested waters of securing a student house on 1st November. We registered beforehand and on the day, despite our panic, he was very patient, calm and reassuring. The quality of the properties he had to show us was superior to the other agent's offerings. The 'walk-through' of the various properties remotely was invaluable as we were able to stop and start and ask questions on the way around.
Signing up was hassle-free - none of this "first person to send a photo of the bank transfer wins the house" like other agents. My son and his friends had 24 hours to complete the paperwork and now the property is theirs for the next academic year.
I would TOTALLY recommend Roman City, register beforehand, do your research on areas, budgets of the students you're sharing with and their expectations of the house and then put all your trust into "Hellon, the Helpful Hero!".

GoogleWe have rented a student flat from Roman City for the past two years and had a very good experience. Any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently and refurbishments were completed without even asking to keep the property in good standard. The flat was even fully repainted before we moved in. A particular thanks to Kayla who we mainly dealt with but everyone at Roman City was very helpful.
