GoogleAlthough we eventually found a house with another agent, I must say that Roman City were exceptionally helpful in suggesting houses, arranging viewings and keeping in touch with us. They were excellent and we really did appreciate their help, it is a very stressful time trying to find a house for the second year when you have only just arrived for your first year. Roman City advised us regarding when to look and best areas etc. Fab team.

GoogleKayla did me a viewing today and was super helpful.She was also super helpful following up with queries I had and checking details for me . Really friendly service . Rang when she said she would , which was great and gave me notice when she she’d left the office to meet for our viewing, so I knew she was on her way. Thanks very much Kayla . I’ve spoken to Pauline , Paula and Kayla in Bath office and they’ve all been smashing on the phone.

GoogleCalled up the office to put a deposit down for a property as we were instructed to do, we were then told the property will be reserved for us and told we will be called within a few hours for payment and paper work etc, we never got a call back and the property was taken off the website the next day. Very unprofessional

GoogleReally poor letting agents. Terrible communication throughout the whole tenancy regarding maintenance issues and no gardener/poor quality cleaners despite this being promised in our contract. Have tried to rinse us of every pound in end of tenancy cleaning fees and are still holding our whole deposit from us (£2,100) although our tenancy ended in July (and now it is October) and have had poor communication/response to emails since the end of the tenancy with no information of when or if we will be receiving our deposit back.
