GoogleHarringtons, specifically Robin are without question the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble, from negotiations to help with moving, surveys and incidentals. Their professional and friendly manner made the whole process significantly less stressful than it should have been. HIGHLY recommended!

GoogleCalled this office a number of times and spoke to the manager who didn't seem interested in organising me a viewing or telling me information on the property i asked about. Since i am still waiting for him to confirm a viewing with me i have now found another property with another local agent...if this is what they are like at the viewing stage what would happen if my boiler broke?!?! would never recommend this agent !!

GoogleOur calls were not returned promptly (if at all). It was Impossible to get them to confirm a viewing and we missed out on the property we wanted. I wouldn't use them to market my shed let alone my house after this experience.

GoogleDidn't call or email to let me know they had canceled my viewing.
Hi Laurence, I have looked into this matter with Jonathan who organised your viewing. Jonathan tells me you were called and sent a text message over an hour before your viewing to advise you the viewing was cancelled. When Jonathan saw your review he emailed you to explain that he called your phone and since you didn't answer he then sent a text message. Jonathan also emailed you a screen shot of our system showing you had been sent a text message and the time it was sent. However you emailed Jonathan back saying your review still stands.
