I would Highly recommend Harringtons, we bought our property back in 2018 vai Harringtons and we recently sold the same property using Harringtons again. Both John and Jonathan was really professional from day one. Once we had a sale, Helen was dealing with all the back office paperwork. Helen was very professional, and had excellent communication with both myself my ex and all the Solicitors involved to get the sale done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Harringtons. We bought our home in the centre of Wickham through Harringtons this summer. Although as a buyer we don’t pay estate agent fees, we had a great service from Harringtons. John was very obliging with our requests for viewings and information and helped ensure the whole process ran smoothly. Helen was super helpful behind the scenes ensuring that there were no delays in the chain and the process was wrapped up within our planned time scales. We are really delighted with our new home and the service we received from Harringtons. Omg, I've had 11 houses in my 55 Years in home ownership/ Rentals.John & Jackie, give you such a professional intimate service, that still leaves you after a year, feeling your part of the Harrington Rental Family. We recently sold our property and bought a house through Harringtons at Wickham i can honestly say they were by far the best estate agent in the chain, Jonathan dealt with our purchase and he was so professional and on the ball every step of the way and would chase the chain all the way through if there was a hold up. Our whole moving experience was very long and stressful but made a whole lot easier thanks to Harringtons , if Jonathan was not in the office someone else would go out of there way to help, John and Helen were also fantastic right to the end. Harringtons were the selling agent for the house we just purchased. Thank goodness they were, because they were absolutely fabulous (100% better than our appointed selling agent). Helen was always available and so professional. Any challenges that came up throughout the the chain, Helen was on it - making sure it got sorted straight away! Even after we moved it, Helen checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was all OK - totally above and beyond! We wouldn’t hesitate to appoint Harringtons for our next house move and would recommend anyone else to do the same!

The bottom oven on our cooker became intermittent, I called John at Harrington’s and he sorted it out straight away. Within a couple of hours, I got a call from an electrician called Steve and he came out the next day. He fixed the problem and had the part on his van. To help, I sent photos of the oven so he knew the make and model before arriving. Both John and Steve were really lovely and Steve maintained the social distancing and had gloves on too. Happy days! Thank you Harrington’s, the kids would have created if they didn’t get their Sunday roast. Lol!

I brought my flat in Knowle Village through Harrington’s. Although I was not their vendor I found the service Robin and the team provided as excellent. Robin was highly committed to drive the sale through, communication was excellent and the service highly professional. This purchase was not straightforward due to my sale collapsing at a critical point. Robin was very helpful throughout maintaining communication with me until I sold again. When I am ready to sell, I would most certainly choose Harrington’s to sell my property.

A very rough ride from start to finish. We always felt like a 4th priority compared to other listings with Harringtons, used as a ‘door opener’ for potential buyers to then try and sell their other properties sat on the market for longer. Our best interests weren’t ever considered, feedback was sparse at times. We would have a short period of prompt feedback followed by a complete ghosting. Viewings would be scheduled for a set time, then arrive up to 25 minutes early. The marketing for the property felt more like a deterrent than a selling tool. They also tried to convince us to sign on for a 4 month period - I can see why! Thank god we didn’t. Avoid.
