We cannot recommended Robin and John highly enough. Throughout what was a very difficult and prolonged house sale they remained focused and calm. Offering the right advice at the right time. After our first sale dropped out at the day of exchange they had replaced them with another buyer within a fortnight and calmly started the process again. They have great knowledge of the local market. Thank you once again

Harringtons were the selling agent for an apartment we have just puchased. Jonathan and Helen worked above and beyond to help us and Helen was always available to answer any queries and keep us updated. Communication was excellent. We cant thank them enough. Would definitely use them again if we were to sell and highly recommend them.

We have recently completed a house purchase via Harringtons of which there were 4 in the chain. Robin, our main Harringtons contact was just brilliant. I never had to chase him for updates and he kept us really well informed. Nothing was too much trouble and Robin was key in getting all parties involved communicating and on track. A very professional service, would thoroughly recommend.

The property next to me is rented through Harringtons, tried to report issues so the landlord could be informed of the problems with his tenancy and Harringtons were total uninterested! Show no empathy for property owners adjacent to their rental, who have issues, as a landlord it would raise concerns to how a property was managed. Had to contact the landlord direct who has dealt with the problems, not what you would expect as a landlord paying for a managed service?

Have just finished renting a property through Harrington the property was in a very poor state dangerous toxic black mold when we complained their solution was to open a window and they and the owners have had the temerity to hold back some of the deposit Although to be fair they replaced the cooker and shower had no choice as electrics dangerous. Do not use Harrington to allow themselves to be associated with such a poor property does not seem very professional

I have been living in my rental property just shy of 3 years. Harringtons have been the service provider since day 1. The care and the service provided by John at Harringtons is second to none. Nothing is ever too much and there is always understanding and empathy toward any situation. I trust these guys implicitly to handle any concerns I may raise. I'm very lucky that I live in a well-looked after property with a very caring/considerate Landlord. These guys stand out to your usual Letting Agent, the experience is personal and the reaction to any query is immediate. Can't recommend enough!
