Me and my partner were first time buyers and like most we didn’t have a clue where to start, we took the advice from the mortgage broker Alistair Bowman. He made everything so simple and was always reachable. For people panicking about buying a home I cannot recommend him Enough. We started the application on the 28th October and we are getting keys on the 5th February, that’s how quick and easy he made the process.Thank you again Alister and everyone at RMS.

Excellent service with timely communication and a shared objective of the fastest sale possible! The current situation isn't the most conducive for a positive user experience but Barbara went above and beyond to ensure a really great service. We have used RMS West Denton to buy, sell and rent out properties and each time the experience has been excellent.

GoogleRMS Whitley Bay branch gave a very good service. They accurately valued the property, marketed it and escorted viewers at the property without me present. They managed a very long drawn out sale where the lower property chain collapsed beyond our control and the property had to be remarketed, rapidly getting a new buyer, keeping me well informed at all times. Friendly and helpful at all times.

Awful service from the west Denton office. No communication from anyone - still waiting on call backs and contact from anyone, there were several properties I had to continually chase to get a viewing booked in.

We're genuinely sorry to learn that your experience with our West Denton office did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. We would like to clarify a few points mentioned in your review: All four viewings were arranged within a few days of your initial interest however please note that in every case, we must first obtain the vendor’s confirmation and availability before offering viewing times, which can sometimes cause a slight delay in getting back to you. On the day of completion, Claire was in the office and informed you when the keys were available for collection. While the call came later in the afternoon, she did offer to stay beyond closing time if needed. You confirmed this wasn’t necessary, as you had already received a set of keys directly from the seller and were happy to collect the spare key the following day, which you did. Frustratingly, Solicitors do not always notify estate agents immediately once completion has taken place, we must wait for their confirmation before releasing keys to ensure everything has been finalised correctly. In regard to your request for a final viewing prior to completion, unfortunately, due to illness, the follow-up was missed as it had gone directly to a staff member's inbox who was unexpectedly off. We sincerely apologise for that oversight. We regret that your overall impression was not the level of service we strive for and we will take your comments on board as we continue to improve our service. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your new home.
