GoogleLooking to buy a property and added myself to Cooke and Co's contact list to be made aware of any properties for sale within my requirements. I found whoever I spoke to in the office very helpful, polite and efficient. They were always on the ball and would always do what they promised within the time they stated. They were a pleasure to deal with.

I never been so disappointed in this estate agents. There rude and unhelpful and don't know how to do there jobs. For buyer do not go to this estate agents as they don't know what there talking about. They mess you around and they are only interested in money for them self. Buyer beware don't go to this estate agent. A joke

YellWorst estate agent in the north east
Trying to get them to show up to a viewing is too hard for this estate agents sorry I'll rephrase they won't bother to turn up or call you if they have had a offer on a property. Shocking I will never even view a property with this agent and I certainly wouldn't trust them to sell my house.

GoogleWhen I tried to obtain a flat for myself and son they worked with me and the Landlord. But when the landlord rebuted they'd refunded me the full payment/fees and at shirt noticed have me other viewings from other agents of which they worked with.
