GoogleContacted the lettings at Stoneacre for some advice about where to buy to get good rental return. Got some great advice that I hadnt thought about, a mobile phone number to call anytime and offering to help even if I dont buy through them. Never done this before but will be using Stoneacre to let my property as soon as I buy!!

This gent is Chief Executive of Armstrong Watson Accountants. There were no ‘tricks’ - I have in writing where this company discriminates against those with disabilities! Be aware of this company… this is an accountancy CEO and how he behaves!

GoogleStoneacre were professional and their fee structure was fair and transparent. I had offers within weeks, and successfully sold my property. I award four stars, as I believe responsiveness could have been a little better (for example, I didn't often hear back from the agent, and often chased them myself). However, I would happily recommend Stoneacre to friends and family.

FacebookStoneacre have been the letting agent for my property for the last 12 months and I couldn't be happier with the service I've received. They tenants they found couldn't have been better and took great care of the house during their time there. Stoneacre also managed the property during the tenancy and their staff were friendly, well-informed, and always dealt with things quickly and professionally. My tenants also told me how impressed they were with Stoneacre compared to other letting agents they'd rented through before. Would definitely recommend Stoneacre and use them again without hesitation.
