GoogleI have rented with Stoneacre for 2 and a half years! Tammy and her team have constantly supported me and looked after me throughout my time! from finding me a flat when my house fell through, taking in my never ending parcels! and always working around my shifts for planned visits! i would highly recommend going with them especially if like me you was on your own and moved to a new area!

GoogleAs a portfolio landlord I have used Stoneacre on a number of occasions and every experience has been positive. Firstly the photos taken of the property are carried out using a top of the range pro camera and there is no extra cost for this. The team which takes the enquiries, Lauren and Michael will always pick up if they are free, organise viewings and follow up afterwards. Sharon, who deals with after sales is a professional through and through and knows every aspect of the selling process . She will gladly contact solicitors to chase up sales and always seems to come back with an answer. Overall I would recommend them to anyone. Tammy who manages the office will always be the first to introduce you to the company and take photos of the property. She is always professional and courteous.

Disappointed with how my deposit was handled. Unclear and poorly justified deductions were made, charged for damages there were already present before moving into the property. Trying to rip off money in every possible way from your deposit

FacebookStoneacre manage our property whilst we are posted overseas.
We have had nothing but trouble from the start.
Firstly the agents didnβt even know they didnβt hold keys until I contacted them to say family where dropping them in as the tenants where due to move in within 24 hours.
The property is part furnished, they never asked what was been left⦠I had to send them a list off my own back.
After our tenants moved in we where notified we needed more certificates for the log burner, co2 and smoke alarms needed replacing. (The property had been empty for a month prior and 2 members of staff had been round including taking photographs of said log burner) this should have been sorted before anyone moved in.
On the property check they failed to log a door handle had been drilled out of the door. (They apologised but surely it was not hard to miss)
More recently our tenants have reported a few jobs that needed doing. These where reported 8 weeks ago, they still havenβt been done as the tenants contacted myself direct to tell me.
Emailed the property maintenance manager 2 weeks ago and still not had a reply.
Contacted the office on Saturday and promised a manager would call today. Had nothing.
The whole thing has been a joke from start to finish. We are currently in Cyprus and I honestly could have done a better job managing it myself.
If you are out of the country or donβt have time to hound them then I wouldnβt recommend stoneacre at all.

They wont repair anything broken.
The agents wont reply to you in time may be response time is 3 to 5 days a week .
Staff is always on leave on monday or friday.
Abruptly they would keep passing your case from agent a to agent b.
I had a lease breakage. i paid 478 pounds early surrender.
i bought in july 24 my situation changed and i was asked by my company to move to new project in different location.
i found a replacement inspite of paying hefty 478 pounds.
They didnt process the new tenant on time and they deliberately delayed and i still have to pay rent for the next month since the new replacement has lost hope and paid deposit somewhere else.
To add to my problems , the agent and the landlord unilaterally decide to increase the rent from 1050 to 1200 for the new tenant. Just in matter of 1 month they wanted to revise the price.
For a 2bhk semi furnished without parking .
In entire leeds 2bhk is 1200 but comes fully furnished along with parking.
The property isnt in the city centre
This agency and the landlords associated with the agency would literally suck the blood out of you and just give a one line that you signed the agreement.
Kindly avoid this agency at all cost
