My granddaughter and her partner rented a property through stoneacre and it was a disaster from the start. The house was infested with fleas and carpet beetles the fridge was full of mould the shower didn't work complaints were ignored and in the end my granddaughter and her partner paid for new carpets and the fitting of a new shower pump. The house when they left after being given a section 21 2 weeks before Christmas was in a far better condition. Now the landlord/stoneacre are withholding their deposit. I expect nothing less from this disgraceful company.

I want to thank Lauren @ Whitkirk Stoneacre office for her kindness, patience and thoughtfulness in helping me with finding a property. She has been to the host at a few of the viewings that I have attended. She is polite and friendly and ready to give answers for all the questions asked. She has also sent me a wide range of properties to look at prior to going on the market. She is genuinely interested in her customers and tries to make sure that their needs are being met. Very unprofessional and unhelpful service, particularly from Bilal at Stoneacre Properties. I reported that the bulbs/wiring in my attic conversion flat had blown and needed attention. Instead of assisting, Bilal dismissed my concerns, responded with “whatever,” and quoted my contract stating I am responsible for changing bulbs, despite me clearly explaining that this is a loft conversion with extremely high ceilings. I do not own a ladder, and attempting this myself would be unsafe, especially as the fittings are in the corners of the ceiling and I am 4'11”. My maintenance request has since been ignored. Overall: poor service, unprofessional attitude, and a clear lack of care for tenant safety and wellbeing.

Stuart & I decided to sell our house with Stoneacre Properties at Whitkirk Leeds alongside another local estate agent. The service we received from start to finish was exceptional especially from Simon who continued throughout the sale to be responsive and helpful just when we needed him. He even negotiated the sale of our property whilst he was on holiday in Portugal. Once the sale was complete he took time to liaise with the buyers to reassure and speed up the process for us.
