After getting various valuations of our house from different Agents, we decided to use Simon at Stoneacre Properties as his professionalism, experience and knowledge of the local area shone through. I am so pleased that we decided to use Stoneacre Properties as Simon, Hayley, William and the rest of the team were beyond helpful throughout the whole buying and selling process. GoogleThis office houses the best estate agents I have ever come across in 30 years of buying and selling houses. Always prompt and professional, always quick to return calls and emails, regularly in touch with buyer's solicitor and keeping an eye on the sale and always reporting back. For me in addition they looked after an empty house, set burglar alarms, recommended good people who could do maintenance work when needed, and arranged access for them when required. Very well worth their commission, in my opinion. Will recommend them to everyone - a great team.

Unfortunately our first attempt at selling had to be postponed, but when we again approached the team we were presented with professionalism and friendliness with regular updates throughout the whole process. Stoneacre had a buyer and an offer lined up which we accepted within 7 days of the house being put on the market. We would highly recommend the team at Stoneacre if you are thinking of bringing your property to market.

From valuing the house, taking pictures, marketing, getting people to view, dealing with offers, accepting offers, selling the house, liaising with solicitors, the buyer and surveyors, they have been quite simply marvellous. Kate in particular was always contactable and kept me well informed through out the process. She deserves a raise!!! If you are looking to buy or sell a house then look no further.
