We have recently been in a very difficult position as my mam was evicted from The Slipway, Whitehaven. The Grisedales team, especially Debs and Daria have been fantastic in helping us rent and then buy a property within 4 weeks. They went above and beyond what would be expected of an estate agents. Would definitely recommend using their services.

Grisdales are the agents everyone should be using. We've dealt with other agents before when buying our property and then renting it out, but none have come close to Grisdales. All of the ladies we dealt with were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and most of all, friendly and reassuring. Debra in particular looked after the negotiations for the sale of our house and she was such a pleasure to deal with each time (with a wicked sense of humour which helps!) Thank you for everything.

Great customer service provided by Deb at Grisedales, from making herself available at short notice to give me a second viewing, to dealing with some correspondence/survey issues throughout the purchase and finally ending with her staying at work late to allow me to collect the keys to the property following a long day of exchanging contracts.
