Hi Kay, We’re sorry to hear that your recent interaction with us was unsatisfactory. We understand it can be frustrating when there are multiple parties interested in a property and the disappointment purchasers can feel when they miss out. However, we’d like to clarify that our Team handle all enquiries and offers fairly and in line with the industry’s code of conduct. When a property generates a high amount of interest, we'll employ strategies that aim to make this process as fair as possible for all parties. On this occasion, we followed the strict instructions of the seller who’d hoped to achieve a quick sale. Unfortunately for others, this meant the property was taken off the market STC. We pride ourselves on providing a high level of customer service and whilst we recognise that you feel it fell short of your expectations, we strongly disagree that this was down to unethical practices and lack of attention to detail.
