Lynne met me in the pouring rain for the viewing and was really helpful, Lesley walked me through the tenancy arrangements and made sure everything stayed on track and was great at communicating and when I went to collect the keys I was met by a very happy and helpful Deb - consistency from start to finish! GoogleGreat customer service provided by Deb at Grisedales, from making herself available at short notice to give me a second viewing, to dealing with some correspondence/survey issues throughout the purchase and finally ending with her staying at work late to allow me to collect the keys to the property following a long day of exchanging contracts. Their communication was great and we always felt in the loop throughout. A big shout out to Chloe, without whom we would not have had such a quick sale. She fit in a last minute viewing (even though she had a busy day) and that couple ended up buying our house.
