We purchased a house from them and they were fantastic in every way, very friendly, easy to get hold of, and always able to help with our queries. They went above and beyond to help us on more than one occasion, when just about everybody else involved in the moving process let us down. We always felt we were guaranteed to be able to rely on their assistance. They really understood the situation and what we needed, and treated us as people, rather than customers. I couldn’t praise them any more!

GoogleWe sold our house with these guys. They have been brilliant from start to finish! Within a week we had 3 good offers, and sound advice on how to choose the best offer for us. They kept in touch with us every step of the way, no question I asked was ever unanswered or treated like it was stupid. I admit I don't ever plan on moving again (the actual MOVING bit is too stressful) but if I ever did then Houseclub would be the only people I'd consider using! I'd recommend them to everyone!

GoogleAlways had my calls returned and often outside of normal hours. I like that Houseclub dont have one person to sell their service then pass it on to another team and another team once they have secured your custom like most others seem to do. The team at houseclub are a genuine team and they work together. Without John stepping in to save the sale of our property that our own agent should have been doing, we would not have been able to complete on our sale. He kept up the communication really well, always explained things and made things at his end stress-free. I should have learned by now, dont fall for the sales pitch of other agents when Houseclub can do it all so much better. Brilliant to buy through, actually have morals unlike some others in Lancaster.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe cannot recommend Houseclub highly enough. We have used them twice now, from start to finish their service is outstanding, their care and attention to detail throughout the whole process is seamless. We have used Houseclub on a tricky sale and John delivered where others couldn't. We do have other properties, where at some point we will need to sell and Houseclub will be our first choice everytime! The team is amazing, communication is fabulous and we have full trust in everything they do.
