I had a fantastic experience selling my home with Houseclub. From the very beginning, they made the entire process feel clear, straightforward, and stress-free. Their valuation of my property was fair and realistic, which gave me confidence right away. A special thanks to Cerys, Sarah, and Mollie, who were all incredibly helpful and played a big part in making the experience so positive. Communication was excellent throughout, I was always kept informed and felt supported at every stage. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond. When I simply asked about reposting my property, they upgraded the listing to a premium package at no extra cost. This made a real difference in attracting more interest, especially at a time when things had started to slow down. I would highly recommend Houseclub to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Their fees are very competitive for the area, and the level of service you receive truly offers great value for money.

I don’t even have the words to describe how fantastic Cerys has been throughout the process of buying my first home through Houseclub. From start to finish she was incredibly supportive, but also kept it realistic & honest with me which is exactly what i needed. I received constant updates which kept me sane, and nothing was ever too much to ask - i was never made to feel like i was being too much. I genuinely cannot thank her enough, it ended up being a very long process (through no fault of Houseclub) but the communication she upheld with me truly kept me going. I will 100% recommend Houseclub to everyone in future, she’s incredible at her job & made my life so much easier through a stressful time, and if the time ever comes to sell/move, she will absolutely be my go to! This is the second time in 6 years we have used houseclub to sell a property and the service was excellent on both occasions, they sold both properties within a short space of time this last one in a month. John and his team have selling properties to a tee, from frequent updates, daily sometimes, to liaising with both sets of solicitors to ensure a smooth transition. Molly Stalker has been our main contact on both sales and she deserves praise for going above and beyond when it's needed in our case bringing keys to us in her own time. In our experience Houseclub are the best in our area.

I dealt with Sarah and John at houseclub and they were both absolutely amazing. I was selling my house with a difficult ex partner and they made the process as easy as possible for me with extra care and attention put into keeping my ex partner happy throughout the process. They always communicated with me really well and I got the impression they wanted to go above and beyond for me at all times. I would always recommend houseclub and think companies should strive to deliver as good customer service as John and Sarah. From the initial valuation with Alex, Houseclub were professional and appeared to have good market knowledge of the local area. The house sold within 5 days and the communication from Mollie was fantastic. Our onward purchase presented some challenges which were no issue for John and his wealth of knowledge and experience. John and his team were on hand including out of normal Business hours, ensuring all actions were completed despite the tight deadlines! This ensured the sale and purchase completed before the cut off date. I wouldn’t hesitate to , and already have recommended Houseclub to others.

When I decided to sell the property I sought quotes from 3 local Estate Agents but I chose Houseclub because of their professionalism and excellent knowledge of the area. There were a number of issue with the property including probate delays, transferring it from leasehold to freehold and the inevitable withdrawal of buyers before completion - none of which were the fault of Houseclub. And throughout the long process Houseclub were incredibly helpful and supportive, liaising very effectively with my solicitors and those of the potential buyers. They took the initiative on a number of occasions to move on the selling process and were always very responsive to my queries. So I would highly recommend them.

By the end of same day, my house was on the market with viewings booked in shortly after. Within two viewings we had another offer. Cerys took responsibility of the second house sale and she saw this process through until completion. Cerys is an incredible asset to the team, I couldn’t have got through the process without her. She managed to get me full asking price and made the effort out of her hours to tell us the news. She was consistently in touch with me for any updates and was always at the end of the phone for any queries I had. We dealt with another estate agents for the purchase of our onward property and they were terrible. I could come up with a list the length of my arm with issues we had with them. I couldn’t believe how polar opposite Houseclub were. The agents as a whole are so knowledgeable and extremely personable making you feel like they are fully invested in the sale of your property. I can’t sing their praises enough and would recommend them to anyone. If I was to ever sell again, I wouldn’t be considering any other estate agents! The team at Houseclub were recommended to me by both members of my shop’s community AND the gentleman who deals with my commercial property needs. I had a nightmare sale that fell through that was poorly supported by JDG and was so utterly disappointed by that experience that choosing my next estate agent to work with was highly considered. I met with about 5 estate agents in total and Houseclub won my business because they were so present and easy to deal with. The human touch is so important in the world right now and they offered that in spades. This is the eighth house I’ve sold in the UK and the team at Houseclub were exemplary. Their pricing was also super transparent and fair. In the end - cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Everyone I dealt with at Houseclub was on the ball.

We can't thank Houseclub enough for assisting with the sale of our property. Especially Sarah, who must have the patience of a saint dealing with my husband's daily phonecalls! But the whole team were fantastic right from the beginning, no cheesy sales pitch, just professionalism throughout along with a friendly smile! Nothing was ever too much trouble.
