A big thank you to John, Mollie, Amy and Sarah who were all involved with the sale of our rental property. GoogleThe team at Houseclub were recommended to me by both members of my shop’s community AND the gentleman who deals with my commercial property needs. I had a nightmare sale that fell through that was poorly supported by JDG and was so utterly disappointed by that experience that choosing my next estate agent to work with was highly considered. I met with about 5 estate agents in total and Houseclub won my business because they were so present and easy to deal with. The human touch is so important in the world right now and they offered that in spades. This is the eighth house I’ve sold in the UK and the team at Houseclub were exemplary. Their pricing was also super transparent and fair. In the end - cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Everyone I dealt with at Houseclub was on the ball.

The person we had the most contact with was Sarah Haley - she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and always kept us up to speed with what was happening. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family and hopefully will be able to use them again in the future.

GoogleI found all HouseClub agents - particularly Sarah Haley and John Harrison - thoroughly professional from start to finish of the property purchasing process. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept me updated throughout the process with timely communications. I would also say they have that friendly touch which makes you feel like you're dealing with a caring family business.

FacebookWe can't thank Houseclub enough for assisting with the sale of our property. Especially Sarah, who must have the patience of a saint dealing with my husband's daily phonecalls! But the whole team were fantastic right from the beginning, no cheesy sales pitch, just professionalism throughout along with a friendly smile! Nothing was ever too much trouble. Didn't matter who we spoke to at the end of the phone, they were always able to help. If they said they were going to ring back they did! A novelty compared to other estate agents we have dealt with in the past.% recommend! Don't use anybody else!

FacebookI cannot recommend John & the team enough! We had our house up for sale with another local agent and had very little interest. It was up with Houseclub for a week and had seven viewings booked in.It didn’t get as far as the seventh as the second viewer put an offer in and bought it.John’s communication and knowledge throughout the whole process was first class and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided.Keep doing what you’re doing Houseclub!

After I received poor service from another local estate agent I was so pleased that Houseclub were recommended to me. Throughout every sale they have been thoroughly professional with excellent communication at all times.Selling properties can be stressful and being able to talk things through with an experienced estate agent who really cares makes all the difference. GoogleHouseclub explained the whole sale process, were realistic about our property and handled all aspects of the sale with care and detailed attention to our needs and requests. Everything went as had been explained to us so there weren't any surprises along the way, and things that came up and were new to us Houseclub already had experience of, so we were in safe hands. Their communication was brilliant throughout the sale, letting us know what progress had been made and following up queries to and from the buyers.

FacebookJohn at House club and his Team have been fantastic throughout the process of selling my property. i was previosuly on the market for 4 months with another agent and failed to get any viewings within 5 days of being on the market with house club my first viewing was arranaged and within 3 months i had numerous viewings and had accepted a offer. house club operate to a very high standard and this shows in the accolades they have received , house club are seriously a class above any other agents in the area they're professional , punctual and extremely Hard working. i will continue to reccomend John and his team to friends & family , i will certainty be back when the times comes. keep up the great work !

FacebookI had very high expectations of Houseclub before instructing them as we had a great experience buying our property through the company. But they still managed to exceed all expectations. Both John and Alex were quick, efficient and kept in touch at all times. They have a very modern approach to estate agency and managed to get 2 viewings and 2 offers in less than 48 hours! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company to anyone and I know a few people who are disappointed that they don’t cover a wider area!Thank you again for all your help and hard work

I felt immediately at ease when Tom came to value the house and explain the process, as he was well prepared and researched. Sarah supported me through unexpected delays and ensured that my buyers were also kept on track, while maintaining very frequent contact to update me and calm the nerves! In her absence, John maintained the highest level of service and support. GoogleHouseclub are different and that was blindingly obvious from the point of valuation. We had 4 different agents come to value our property and the effort and attention given to our property by Houseclub made the choice of agent easy (never mind the multiple recommendations we’d received from friends and family!) Where Houseclub were concerned, the process was smooth throughout with excellent communication, backed up with cover during annual leave etc. and emails/calls routinely outside office hours. We are so glad we moved with Houseclub - would 100% use them again in future. Thank you! 😊

GoogleWe sold and bought our property through Houseclub last year. We primarily dealt with Mollie who was always on hand to answer our queries and keep us up to date with developments. Laterly John took over when the chain was close to falling apart due to complications further down the chain. John's professional hands on approach brought the chain back in tact chasing up solicitors and other agents. Knowing there was always someone to get hold of even when things got difficult was one less stress.
