FacebookAs we were searching for our next home we contacted HC and Sarah to let her know what type of house we were looking for. As properties came on the market we felt like we were the first to know and were able to be pointed in the direction of these in good time. Consequently, we found our new home really quickly. Sarah was brilliant at understanding our needs and kept up communication throughout. Sincerely cannot recommend HC or Sarah enough.

GoogleFrom the word go House club were friendly and professional. They did not pressurize, just gave us the facts of the market, property values and what they offer. We were left to think and compare to others. We chose House club for all the above reasons and they were timely in advertising our property, arranging viewings , keeping us updated and ultimately a sale within a short space of time. They were on hand to help us every step of the way and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

GoogleWe initially viewed a property through house club but did not get our offer accepted however when the property came back on the market we were contacted by John Harrison - this was to purchase our first home as well. The whole process from start to finish was made so much easier by the communication from Houseclub. If we had any concerns, they were dealt with promptly and we felt like they were on our side to support us purchasing the property. We have also had to deal with issues post sale with parcels being delivered etc and houseclub have been helpful with sorting and resolving these issues for us. First class service and if we were to ever move house we would use hosueclub in a heartbeat!

GoogleSarah Haley who dealt with our purchase was absolutely fantastic. Not only was she super helpful, but she was really friendly to deal with, and replied so quickly! Having someone on hand to help answer any question definitely helps make the whole process feel easier. We had a few problems finding solicitors when we were buying our flat, and although that's nothing to do with the estate agents side, she still helped me with recommendations and chasing etc. I would recommend her and her company to anyone looking to buy.

GoogleI cannot recommend John & the team enough! We had our house up for sale with another local agent and had very little interest. It was up with Houseclub for a week and had seven viewings booked in. It didn’t get as far as the seventh as the second viewer put an offer in and bought it. John’s communication and knowledge throughout the whole process was first class and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. FacebookI recently sold my late mums house with houseclub. The whole team have been extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. At a time when the housing market is extremely busy, their level of customer service has been outstanding, with nothing being too much trouble. It's no wonder they keep winning awards. Houseclub's communication has been exemplary keeping me informed instantly throughout the whole process. While all the team I came into contact with were very professional and capable, Mollie was my main point of contact and deserves individual praise for her attitude and ability to do her job, Simply faultless. If you are looking for an estate agency that put good old fashioned customer service at the top of their priorities and are extremely good at their job ( 14 viewings booked in just over 48hrs and the house sold in under a week) just pick up the phone and call them. I have already recommended them to some of my friends.

GoogleThe company beats my imagination. Initially when they keep calling to cancel and appointment for a property which am interested in, I felt they are not a serious company. However, they beat me to the game. They offered me an alternative and gave me the support I need from the go. The staff are always responsive and willing to hear you out everytime you call. They are a top notch company with dedicated and well communicated staff.

Communication was superb, when the company say they will do things in a time scale it was done, for example chasing up potential buyers and giving feedback. They make you feel valued. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble, when things weren't running smoothly John went the extra mile to put things right. Best estate agents in THE WORLD!Having experienced many estate agents in the Lancaster area in the past, it was a dread even contemplating putting my house on the market to face it all again. His communication has been consistently good both over the phone, txt and email, customer service great and extremely supportive throughout a very difficult sale. Our sale and purchase was like an emotional rollercoaster, and John was supportive through every step of the way.
