FacebookI recently sold my house through house club and it was on the market for around two weeks. They were brilliant from start to finish and the communication was excellent, something of which I found poor through other estate agents. I woukd must definitely use House club again and highly recommend them.

GoogleI recommend Houseclub to everyone! The team are fantastic, so on the ball and great to deal with in every respect. I came across them enquiring about a house that had already sold but they consistently updated me on similar properties that became available. When we came to sell our Dads house they were the first people we turned to. They gave us fantastic advice and sold the house within the week. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and a very efficient yet personable team. After recommending them to my friend they have since sold her house on the very first viewing. As an added bonus there are no hidden costs and their charges are the most reasonable around. They really are a league above all other local agents.

GoogleFrom start to finish, Houseclub were utterly amazing. John answered all queries immediately despite me sometimes emailing late at night. Alex came to carry out the valuation and was professional and prompt. And Sarah managed all of my questions throughout the process. Communication was excellent and, despite regular queries from the buyers, the Houseclub agents managed it all and made sure the sale stayed on track. I literally can’t thank them enough for the amazing service that they gave.PositiveProfessionalism

FacebookWe’ve just sold a house with Houseclub, what an absolute pleasure to deal with. Agreed a sale and completed within three months, bearing in mind it went on the market around Christmas I think that is a fantastic achievement. Can’t recommend them highly enough and we will definitely be using them again.

GoogleHouseclub were honestly fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to friends and colleagues. Really easy to deal with, super slick at everything, easy to understand explanations of everything I threw at them and their marketing strategy ensured enough viewings that an offer was accepted within a week. 5 stars

FacebookI've just bought a house through house club and this was my first interaction with them.I have been so impressed with the way John operates his business; so personal, thorough and gets things done exceptionally quickly. He will work all hours to keep the ball rolling outside your usual 9-5 hours. It is refreshing to have an agent that is so helpful and friendly on every occasion and clearly great at what he does.Would definitely recommend and will be using in the future. Thanks so much

GoogleMy experience with Houseclub estate agents was absolutely faultless. Every single member of staff is outstanding in their role. I switched to Houseclub from an estate agent who is part of a large chain and I only wish I'd done it much sooner! I will be forever grateful for the way in which they made the selling process stress free.
