GoogleI totally agree with the previous review; 1000 stars if possible. We made our first purchase with the help of John and he was fab. Kept us in the loop at every stage, was really responsive to any questions we had; and generally guided us through the process (because as first time buyers, we didn't have a clue what we were doing). As and when we decide to move again, John will be our first call.

GoogleHouseClub were brilliant with the selling of our property last year. Their communication was first class and we felt involved at each stage of the process. With being heavily pregnant at the time they made the experience very smooth and swift. We are now in our new home with our baby girl and we couldn’t thank them enough for all they did.

GoogleAs a potential buyer, I have become very impressed with this company's professional standards over the last couple of weeks. They have answered every challenging query in detail and always return calls. I don't normally focus a spotlight on individuals, but will break my own rule by highlighting Sarah's tireless good cheer and positive 'can do' attitude - even when confronted with some complicated requests. I have no hesitation in recommending the Lancaster office.
