GoogleWe are in the process of buying our forever home. We have been working with Sarah Jayne in terms of finding the one! Sarah Jayne spent some time getting to know me and what I was looking for and then took me round a few properties. She went out her way to accommodate myself and fiancés schedules. During all the viewings she was so personable and incredibly honest about everything- from what offers her clients are looking for to all the extra fees you don’t think of like factor fees etc- we even discussed decorating so I could visualise myself in the homes! By the end of our time together I really felt I was visiting houses with my friend not an estate agent. You can tell Sarah Jayne really puts her clients interests at the heart of her role however as a buyer it was so refreshing to work with someone who also had my interests at heart and wasn’t solely interested in getting as much money from me as possible. Sarah Jayne is very honest, punctual, relatable and kind- a true asset to the company and a breath of fresh air during the most stressful process.

A first class agent - taking care and paying attention to every part of our Sale. He arranged all marketing which turned out amazing and was very successful in obtaining many viewers and ultimately a Sale within two weeks. GoogleI notice a lot of the reviews are from people selling. We have just viewed a property being sold by Bridges and what an awful experience. Less than 15 minutes to look round a house and spend the largest amount of money on anything and you are rushed out the door for the next viewing. Do all the people selling their house realise this? We were so close to using them to sell ours, but after experiencing that, we made the right decision to go with someone else. We want an estate agent to take time, talk with the prospective buyers and properly sell the house to them. We are absolutely shocked to experience this after all the positivity around Bridges. Will certainly think twice about buying from them now too! Although having had a conversation with the owner of Bridges he took time to listen to my views.

GoogleKris’s friendly, modern and innovative approach sets Bridges Properties streets ahead with extremely high standards from start to finish selling our home after only four days on the market. Just speaking with Morven on the phone & chatting via WhatsApp, the young woman is an absolute DELIGHT, an eloquent, positive addition to Chris’ A-Team, and I’m sure both him and Melissa are proud as punch of your achievements to date. Bridge’s Properties is a team of young, energetic, enthusiastic, experts in their field. And don’t think “aw we’ll stick with A, B or C etc as they’ll have the experience cos they’re older - maybe so - but all they really have on this crew is age 🥴. What the competition DO NOT have is this young teams enthusiasm and knowledge for all things technical, such as the modernity of using their social media platforms (like the whizz kids they all are at that age) to get their properties - our properties - out into the region and beyond. (I’m giving it Buzz Lightyear vibes here eh? 🥴), AND SOLD for the BEST PRICE THEY CAN GENUINELY GET FOR US. They are as equally (if not more so) clued up with the market trends and with their youthful approach & their use of technology brings a staggering amount of interest to their portfolio of properties for sale (which is responded to very quickly by any of the team) - cos that’s what THEY ARE - thee A TEAM….there’s no ‘I’ in team as far as Chris & Melissa are concerned. The teams incessant bombardment combined with the knowledge of HOW to use the social media to their gain/our gain and the usual search sites almost reduces the need for the For Sale boards as they keep their feeds so regularly updated, fighting the good fight for their clients. US MERE MORTALS. We were ALWAYS going to have Chris & his team at Bridges sell our properties, not just based on our due diligence and the ratings reviews online, but primarily based on a personal touch - that touch being the gorgeous, unexpected delivery of a stunning bouquet of flowers with a touching note attached upon hearing of my Mum-in-laws death - and all she did was stick let head in evvvvery day when passing Wi a wee “hello” to the team. And they never once ignored her nippy wee “hellos”… Bless their demented hearts, mind lol. They’re not only tuned in and go all out for their clients, but they also CARE! And that’s their USP as far as I’m concerned, anyway. Each and every one of those bright young men & ladies CARE. And with care comes genuine property experts doing their best for their clients. And to my honest opinion, that’s what we got when they sell a one bed flat in less than a week for way over the asking and Home Report price. They simply will not allow a property on their books to become stale - they do what magic they do and it works. We also loved the freedom of not having to be at viewings and leaving the experts to do their thing, their pitch, and get that interest generated and keep us updated with feedback, offers etc via WhatsApp and the Street App. But the WhatsApp chats are better in my opinion as you actually feel part of their team and not just the recipient of an e-mail or text. Very personable and one to one. Would I recommend Bridges to anyone? 100% absolutely. They already have the next one. And I have as much faith in them as I did a week ago. From original enquiry to handing over our keys (and a LOT in between) Kris and Sarah-Jane were professional and knowledgeable throughout, and they helped us achieve a result i can guarantee we wouldn't have gotten with another agent. Even when our purchase fell through they were on hand morning, noon and night to help us navigate a difficult situation. Their modern approach to selling homes really does put their clients front and centre. We wish you guys all the best going forward and will happily recommend you to friends and family
