Our experience with the team at Bridges has been amazing from day one! What a fantastic and helpful estate agent. On our initial approach to Bridges Properties, Louis made every effort to accommodate us, even coming out on his day off so that we could view the property. He kept us updated as the property progressed and sent videos of progress so that we could see how the build was taking shape. 10/10 for everything. From the first phone call, to the visit to provide a quote to every viewing and update, Louis from Bridges was a joy to work with. The photos were superb, the drone footage to show the area was a great selling point. Viewing updates were detailed, and we really felt that Louis knew our property as well as we did. Louis went above and beyond to get our sale. Service from all the Bridges team whenever I contacted them was efficient and friendly. Could not recommend Bridges Properties enough. Bridges Properties are absolutely the team to have in your corner when selling your home. Kris and his team were able to get our home on the market in a extremely short timescale, and in a professional manner. The marketing and social media presence was second to none, and the presentation of our home was fantastic. Which is also credit to the fantastic photographers and videographers that they work with. The Bridges team were great through the viewing and selling process, and very accommodating of our schedules. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They effectively sold our home within one week of being on the market. Even when trouble arose with the property we were buying, Melissa (Customer Relations Manager) was our rock and shoulder to cry on, providing both reassurance and advice to help us through the process. We can't recommend the Bridges team highly enough, and we thank them for their efforts in our journey.

If you’re looking to sell your home, I highly recommend using Bridges Properties..
