Bridges Properties Team have been very professional in supporting us through the process of selling our home. Their service has been amazing, supportive, informative and at no time did we feel our questions were inappropriate or stupid! We were allowed to make decisions in our own time and never felt pressurised or harassed in the slightest. Our calls were always answered , our WhatsApp messages responded too. Each and everyone in the team deserves a mention for their professionalism and enthusiasm. A very special word of thanks to Morven whose persistence phoning us everytime the wifi dropped in the hotel, never getting annoyed with us , we truly appreciate your efforts and tenacity. You are a star 🌟 and an absolute credit to the Bridges Properties team. We do not normally leave reviews unless we have been very impressed with the service. Myself and my partner recently put an offer in on a property being sold by bridges properties. We dealt with Morven who was an absolute delight. Our needs and the sellers weren’t quite aligned however thanks to constant communication by Morven we were able to get to an agreement and are about to purchase our dream home. Morven really went over and above, contacting us on her days off and into the evening if there were updates (we were very keen on the property so had asked for any updates asap). Overall I can’t recommend and thank Morven enough. All other members of bridges staff who we interacted with were extremely professional and you can tell these are people who love what they do. Thanks again Morven and the entire Bridges team.

Check out these lovely gifts. We met Kris Bridges in March this year along with several other estate agents and decided to have Bridges Properties market our property for us. Kris was knowledgable, friendly, honest and really positive when discussing selling our home. Kris took care of everything from arranging the home report and photographer/videographer to come along on the same day to carrying out viewings at times convenient to us. I should also note that Kris did not charge extra for conducting viewings….. some estate agents may charge extra for this service so make sure you double check. Our house sold within 4 days of going on the market and with several offers on the table, Kris was able to sell our house for over the home report value. He was also brilliant at responding quickly and honestly to any queries we had throughout the whole process. If you are looking for a reliable, approachable estate agent, drop Kris a message.

Couldn’t recommend Kris enough! He really knows his stuff and offered us great advice. He gives a very personal touch to everything he does and really cares about his clients we didn’t get this with some of the bigger companies we spoke with!
