GoogleBridges Properties are absolutely the team to have in your corner when selling your home. Kris and his team were able to get our home on the market in a extremely short timescale, and in a professional manner. The marketing and social media presence was second to none, and the presentation of our home was fantastic. Which is also credit to the fantastic photographers and videographers that they work with. The Bridges team were great through the viewing and selling process, and very accommodating of our schedules. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They effectively sold our home within one week of being on the market. Even when trouble arose with the property we were buying, Melissa (Customer Relations Manager) was our rock and shoulder to cry on, providing both reassurance and advice to help us through the process. We can't recommend the Bridges team highly enough, and we thank them for their efforts in our journey.

I went into the office not knowing where to start with selling a property… Melissa and Jodie sat me down and explained everything.. and Kris was out the next day viewing the property and getting everything going.. they kept me up to date everyday with how the viewings were going and within 6 days the property was sold!!! 😁 I honestly couldn’t have picked anyone better. GoogleWe are in the process of buying our forever home. We have been working with Sarah Jayne in terms of finding the one! Sarah Jayne spent some time getting to know me and what I was looking for and then took me round a few properties. She went out her way to accommodate myself and fiancés schedules. During all the viewings she was so personable and incredibly honest about everything- from what offers her clients are looking for to all the extra fees you don’t think of like factor fees etc- we even discussed decorating so I could visualise myself in the homes! By the end of our time together I really felt I was visiting houses with my friend not an estate agent. You can tell Sarah Jayne really puts her clients interests at the heart of her role however as a buyer it was so refreshing to work with someone who also had my interests at heart and wasn’t solely interested in getting as much money from me as possible. Sarah Jayne is very honest, punctual, relatable and kind- a true asset to the company and a breath of fresh air during the most stressful process.

GoogleI notice a lot of the reviews are from people selling. We have just viewed a property being sold by Bridges and what an awful experience. Less than 15 minutes to look round a house and spend the largest amount of money on anything and you are rushed out the door for the next viewing. Do all the people selling their house realise this? We were so close to using them to sell ours, but after experiencing that, we made the right decision to go with someone else. We want an estate agent to take time, talk with the prospective buyers and properly sell the house to them. We are absolutely shocked to experience this after all the positivity around Bridges. Will certainly think twice about buying from them now too! Although having had a conversation with the owner of Bridges he took time to listen to my views.
