I picked Bridges as during my initial discussions I found they had the best knowledge of the area and they were very honest and open.. I’d also seen their marketing etc and thought it was the best I’d seen. Once I decided the process was seemless - photos, videos, marketing and home report all in a single day… and then house went on the market and 4:5 days later I had two offers which Bridges dealt with. I also loved the fact everything was visible in the app.. which again made it so easy. Cannot recommend the Team highly enough.

I was a first time seller, which sometimes made me feel like I was a hassle asking extra questions or “stupid” ones, or questioning my decisions as someone who was new to the process the full team never once made me feel like a hassle and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more. I sold my house within a week with the team, and was blown away with the assistance from start to finish in the full process. Although you might be personally dealing with one or two agents; the full team are always available. Special mentioned to Louis, Leanne and Morven PS - Their marketing signs look great next to the house which is always an added bonus haha!

The team at Bridges were outstanding through the entire process, from valuation to sale. As recommended we got a couple of valuations and Bridges actually estimated the highest value. We wanted to make sure that we weren't just going with the highest valuation but an accurate one and we queried with Bridges why they were higher than the others. They reaffirmed their analysis and really backed themselves to get that price, which they did within only a couple of weeks. It was incredibly impressive. The communication from the team is excellent, they were available to answer questions from us whenever we asked. Also, the marketing strategy was really good (and effective!). They painted our house in the best light possible, knowing exactly what to feature. Thoroughly recommend, especially for the West Lothian market which they know like the backs of their hands.

Where do we even start with Bridges Properties, from the get go the customer service was unreal. They explained every single step in great detail, communication was amazing ,there was not a single time we were sitting wondering what was happening with the process. We had Kai as our agent. He was so lovely, down to earth and so chatty which was a bonus.
