GoogleAbsolute con artist they offer reasonable price at first obviously less than market value then waste 8-9 weeks pretending it’s all good and then tell you the evaluation is lower than expected to drop the money even more because they have wasted that much time for you to need it sold and don’t answer the phone on purpose if you use a different number they answer!!!!! Will take advantage do not use this company
We're sorry to hear that you feel that way, we always try and get our initial valuation as close as we possible can to the value - but as you're made aware throughout the process, the offer is subject to an independent valuation. It's really upsetting for not only you, but us, when this figure comes in lower than we had expected, as we also spend a lot of time and resource on getting to that point. It's never our intention not to answer, and if you called the main line you would definitely get through, but it would just depend who you are dealing with and whether at the time they where available. We know this is little consolation, but we don't take advantage of you, or pressure you. We're just as disappointed as you that it didn't work out & we're sorry.

GooglePoor communication throwout told me to end my tenancy with previous housing cause they could guarantee i had a property with then and then they let it to someone else despite paying deposits leaving me and my 2year old child homeless

By law, we are required to carry out a Right to Rent check (see government guidance here: https://www.gov.uk/prove-right-to-rent) and we must be able to evidence this when audited. Without the necessary documentation, it is illegal for us to proceed with a tenancy. Our communication with you was polite and clear throughout, this is simply a legal requirement that no landlord or agent can avoid. For that reason, we kindly ask you to remove this review, as it is unjust and misleading. If not, we will need to report it as it could be seen as pressuring us to act illegally. GoogleAVOID this company! They will give you a cash offer and date for payment then ignore calls and emails and then turn round and say that cant do if for the offer price. Wasted so much of my time and caused so much stress..the worse part was having their solicitors email 4 weeks later saying do I still want to go ahead! Their communication is an absolute joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!
