GoogleAwful service. Never call back even though promised. Very messy and late with finalizing contracts. No chase up unless emailed several times. Misleading advertisement related to bills for the property I was renting until I found out when the landlord made me pay for bills. No proper exit procedure way after check out date even though I contacted them 2 weeks in advance. This delayed the process of getting my deposit back.

GoogleVery helpful agents who try their best given awkward circumstances and are able to adapt to situation changes quickly. MyLondonHome has been managing my property for the last decade. My initial experience with several other estate agents weren't very positive as they did not respond to concerns that landlords had quick enough. MyLondonHome has been my trusted agent, hope their service will continue to remain excellent for many years to come.

They have always managed to find tenants quickly and efficiently but after a slightly shaky start their Account Management has now improved considerably such that I am now entirely happy to recommend them. I am particularly happy with my Property Manager Harriet Sexton who has frequently gone the extra mile to ensure that everything is done quickly and efficiently.

GoogleMLH's property management took good care of arranging the numerous repairs the property we rented ended up needing during our time there. Mr Daniel Novitt consistently showed a level of competence and responsiveness that puts some other letting agencies I've had to deal with to shame. Moreover, MLH seems to have a generally fair and reasonable tenancy agreement template, something I've also learned can not be taken for granted with other agencies.

GoogleWe recommend appointing Mr. James Duddridge from MyLondon Homes. When we were first considering wether or not to sell the flat, he was quick to come over and gave us his honest yet professional advice. Then after appointment, he was responsive to all our queries and also the potential buyers. After appointment, he brought in serious buyers and we exchanged 30 days later.
