We have had a viewing for a nice flat yesterday and the property consultant was great. He was knowledgeable, welcoming and very cooperative. Definitely NOT pushy like a lot of estate agents. He was extremely polite too and very accommodating to my 4 years old son who decided to get himself into a bad mood.

When I asked about adding a new permitted occupier to my contract Adam Carter managed to contact the landlord, get all the required permissions and proceed in less than 24 hours. The whole process was super smooth and easy for me.
