They respond to queries from my tenants and from my promptly and always provide detailed information about any issue. Have been working with Giles Grainger on my rental property. Had plumbing issues for over a year and due to the multiple change of property managers, the issue fell into a blackhole and cost me money!! This all changed when Giles took over. He had laser focus on the issue, prioritised the matter and got the problem fixed. This is what you need from a property manager - THANK YOU Giles.

GoogleThe property market in London is bad but dealing with Marsh & Parsons is just not worth it, they are completely incapable. Melissa Spence repeatedly asked me to send over three months' rent and a security deposit totalling almost £20k (which I ended up doing) for a flat she never had the right to actually rent to me. Thankfully they were just imbeciles and not deliberate thieves.
