GoogleI was so lucky to meet Kristine from Marsh and Parsons office. I walked into their office, recently, without an appointment, looking for one bedroom flat to rent in the Marylebone area. Kristine immediately show us some options and we went to see the apartments. After we decided to get the right one , Kristine helped us with the whole procedure until we got the keys. Kristine was very professional and kind.

Abysmal service. Took them 2 years to do the first inspection despite continuous chasing. The contractors they use for any work (MasterFix - google them) are terrible, expensive and also pretty useless. Theyve made the whole property rental process miserable and I cant wait to be done with them.To make it even worse, instead of addressing the issues and trying to fix it, they reported my original review for containing the name of the property manager who is beyond useless.

I've been renting out a single property for some time but I'm not a professional landlord. Recently I needed help working through the finances. Aklima (my Client Accountant) patiently walked me through everything and then generated all the documents I needed, on the spot. Everything was understood and in my inbox in a couple of minutes. What could have taken hours took a 2-minute call. Could not be happier!!!

M&P have always demonstrated excellent communication and as a landlord have been with them for many years. Most recently, Jordann has been particularly efficient and listened to my wishes and wants, suggesting an appropriate way forward and taking prompt and agreed action. This is fundamental when maintaining positive relationships between tenant and landlord, especially if there is a small hiccup along the way, which inevitably there will be!

Kyrsten went above and beyond to help me. I needed some urgent help for a legal matter and required relevant documents. Kyrsten not only found the appropriate files in no time, but also managed to find some versions that I imaged would not be available. Have been working with Giles Grainger on my rental property. Had plumbing issues for over a year and due to the multiple change of property managers, the issue fell into a blackhole and cost me money!! This all changed when Giles took over. He had laser focus on the issue, prioritised the matter and got the problem fixed. This is what you need from a property manager - THANK YOU Giles.
