Abdullah has been very responsive despite all the issues I had. He has given me a lot of advice. He was also very quick to answer the issues. Only issue is that I had a very good contact with Abdullah and he was promoted to another area so he is not dealing with me anymore.

GoogleKristine provided outstanding service during my apartment search. I have came across Marsh & Parsons and thought I would stop by and leave my contact details. She is very professional, communicative and action-oriented, she carefully made notes about my preferences in an apartment and she has in-depth knowledge about the market in the area. She immediately found two flats for me to visit in two hours! We talked about my impressions of the flats and she made sure my concerns were heard and took immediate action to connect with the landlord about them. She was very responsive and quick in the process as well. Although I rented through another company, her commitment to understanding my needs and providing tailored options was genuinely remarkable. I would definitely recommend working with Kristine!

I'd like to compliment Nara Bolor‑Erdene for her excellent handling of all my property management concerns. Unfortunately, I've had a few issues at my property recently, but Nara's clear communication, efficient follow up emails and calls with handymen and plumbers, along with her very fair handling of all quotes, has taken much of the stress away from me. Nara has a polite, calm and empathetic nature over the phone and over email, which makes me feel as if she genuinely cares about my property issues and that she is invested in getting my problems resolved. She is a brilliant asset to the Marsh & Parsons team.

Whilst I would never recommend Marsh and Parsons to a peer I can say hand on heart that Victry is the exception - she solved a clerical issue that had been running for 10 months with the previous manager in 1 week. She is exceptional.

GoogleFrom our first phone call to our final conversation, I always felt I was in exceptionally capable hands with Jordan, even with the more complex aspects. Jordan has put a lot of thought and time into the whole process and went the extra mile for me with no ifs or buts. Whether it was going through different options, clarifying details, or simply easing my concerns, he was there for it all. I felt well understood from the very first second and can only say: you don't come across so much heart every day, especially not in London’s real estate market.

This review is more so for our property manager, Elisabeth Ppasa, than for Marsh&Parsons, who like any other real state agency, probably has it's equal share of flaws and good practices.If you do get Elisabeth as your property manager, she is extremely reliable and responsive. If you do run into issues or have questions about your property, she will be extremely dilligent in addressing and solving them in what her ability and scope is concerned. We feel very reassured having her as our first point of contact.
