KFH would put me on multiple viewings back to back with other buyers so the whole process in the lead up to offering felt cold and badly managed. They never listened to the brief only your ‘best offer’. The priority is not to find the right place for you as an individual, just a generic estate agent experience. Once I found somewhere, the negotiation skills to get me a decent offer were limited. I offered on a place I reallywanted and they failed to tell me the property had rising and saturated mould and damp from the floors and ceilings including other structural issues which I only found out after spending £2,000. As a result, I had to pull out and then within seconds of pulling out they sent me the sales memo for the flat with a £15,000 reduction. I am appalled by the level of customer care and would not recommend the Balham office. They could not care less about your process.

Trustpilot'No floorplan' available for flat to let, unprofessional approach, bad communication
I arranged to view a property to let through KFH. While the estate agents I dealt with directly were pleasant and responsive, I was disappointed by the unprofessionalism overall. Firstly, the flat advertised was not the flat available - the pictures were of a larger, more recently refurbished flat. Following the viewing, I requested a floorplan (a fairly basic requirement when considering committing almost £2K a month in rent) which I was told 'was not available' and that 'management couldn't locate one.' I had to chase repeatedly to ask if a floorplan was available, each time being told one wasn't, which simply won't have been true - all agents have floorplans to hand. In the end, I withdrew my offer out of frustration.

GoogleOur agent was Barnaby Watney. He was a great. As soon as we contacted him about needing a place to rent, and explained how we only had a month to move out and he immediately got us a viewing on the same day for a great place exactly how we wanted and at in our budget, which other agents from other real estate firms didn’t do so great. We made an offer. During the whole process he was very communicative and kept us updated on every step. We managed to finish all the paperwork in the span if a week and moved in immediately. He was a huge help and made the process very easy. It was a pleasure working with him!

Absolutely terrible service from the block management team. Following a theft from one of their managed blocks I got in contact to request they obtain and review the CCTV footage. Three months later and still not resolved or any progress made due to no one responding to messages or keeping me updated. I'm guessing they aren't concerned with security or anything that doesn't earn them money.

The worst property management company I have ever come across, they are unresponsive, lack any kind of structure and can only imagine they do budgeting with their eyes closed. I would not recommend any developer to use them if they want to sell any properties. They struggle to even triage and priorities jobs, leaving two security doors unlocked for weeks as they didn’t contact an engineers, the whole development also didn’t have any security lights outside, and roof leaks untouched for months - but alas they left buckets in corridors “prevent a flood” ..:

Horrible mismanagement by KFH Block Management. KFH manages my block at Regency Heights. I would especially call out Michael and Lauren from KFH Block Management who have displayed utter incompetence and unprofessionalism The story goes that KFH changed the Parking control in my block. They did not transfer information regarding the Parking spot owners to the new company and dumped the responsibility on to the residents. And how did they inform the residents - A couple of lines buried in the a 10 page monthly update. Many many residents missed it.I received 4 tickets for a parking spot I own (not rented). I complained and they blamed me. Finally they decided to cancel two tickets out of a whim. I protested but gave up and paid.But others faced the same and everyone complained. They were forced to rescind all tickets. This is when I asked them to process a refund for the ticket I paid. Michael and Lauren refused to take ownership and asked me to chase the parking company. After a lot of protest, I called Michael where on phone he gave me assurance that he will take care of it. Two months passed and nothing happened. When I followed up on email, Michael denied ever assuring me of "taking care of it."Utterly frustrated with this conduct. I also asked for a complaints process and it's been more than a week and I am yet to hear back from them.Absolutely ridiculous behavior.

KFH have been responsible for our block management for over a decade now and as the cost has continued to increase, the quality of service has continued to go down. So few repairs have been made to the building over the last decade that we've become the target of homeless people constantly breaking and entering as they know they can get away with it. KFH rarely responds to emails about these issues and when they do fixes are slow to come by. This is all coupled with the fact KFH still haven't addressed our cladding issues after several years. We've not even had an update from them on it in over 10 months.I'm amazed what they do is legal.
