KFH delivered a great quality of service from the many viewings they managed to get all the way to the cash offer at the price we wanted. Elmast was our agent and she was a very nice, professional and optimistic individual. We loved having her supporting us on this sale. Would recommend KFH for any sale in the Bayswater, Westbourne Grove area.

For a person who has never dealt with properties or selling they made this whole process a dream. From the get go they were understanding, patient and confident. We faced A LOT of hurdles. With people showing interest or the selling process coming so close to the end and then people dropping out. But they remained optimistic and continually strategised with me to make sure a sale was possible. I want to say a massive massive thank you to the Catford team but most especially Alex and Tate for going that extra mile for the selling of my property to go as well as it did. God bless x

I would like to thank the great team at KFH, especially Highgate branch, that helped and supported me throughout the whole purchasing process. It was a very good experience and managed to close the deal of the flat I was buying. I liked the one shop stop, not dealing necessarily with multiple vendors as through KFH I could action all needs and keep things coherent. Thanks to all the team, Euan, Sawan, Ravi for supporting the whole process, purchase, mortgage and insurance etc. just to mention few key points. Would highly recommend the team and branch.

Tim and his team at KFH Rosendale Road looked after our sale. They were always available and responded promptly to all our queries. They were proactive in seeking viewings and keeping us informed. Each of the viewings were conducted with total professionalism and their feed back was very supportive. The whole process was as a result straightforward and they liaised with surveyors and solicitors easing our burden. The team also found us a property and ensured everything went as smoothly as possible. We would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy.

Mathew Smith the Manager at KFH Muswell Hill provided the highest valuation for Probate and the lowest commission rate. The property was presented well on-line with an asking price £200k above Probate valuation. An offer was made immediately.Unfortinately buyers started to get cold feet as the market cooled and offers were withdrawn. One buyer tried to gazunder us and was firmly rebuffed. Our sales agent Elysia Charalambous was peristent in finding buyers in a difficult market following the Mini-budget and the average probate valuation was achieved as the final sale price. I would recommend KFH but advise to be not too greedy in a seller's rising market and steadfast in a buyer's falling market. Estate agents in general, want to get the highest price in the quickest time possible.

Highly recommend Tate Smith in the Catford office! I bought a property through her which completed last week and can honestly say had it not been for Tate I don’t think the sale would have gone through! She’s super professional and knows her stuff yet also approachable, friendly and honest, nothing’s too much to ask. Worst experience. I live on Gayton road, Harrow. We live in a high rise building and lifts are not working since many weeks. Kfh is least bothered about people living here. We have raised our concerns multiple times to Kfh, but they are least bothered about it. We have to climb up the stairs on daily basis. Kfh keeps coming back with all kinds of excuses, and have not bothered to get even the small issues fixed. Pathetic situation, and we are stuck with the contract. If you are planning to switch home, just avoid if it is maintained by Kfh.

Recently I was in the position where I urgently needed to buy a house after a divorce, for reasons that were both financial - renting was fast depleting my ever dwindling savings - and emotional - I felt very unanchored and discombobulated, and in need of a permanent base. The task of finding and buying a house at a time I could barely manage a grocery shop felt inconceivable: onerous, overwhelming, and frankly terrifying. Thankfully one of the first agents I met was Che Eleftheriou from KFH Crouch End who not only showed me properties that fit my wish list perfectly, but also seemed to instinctively understand that it wasn’t an easy time for me, and that I would require some hand-holding. The process - made infinitely more difficult for me due to ADHD and an innate aversion to forms and procedures - was far less taxing and stressful than it might have been, thanks to his patience and consistency. I will always be grateful to Che and the team for ushering me into a new chapter, set in a wonderful home that I still can’t quite believe is mine.

I was introduced to Sawan Shah as a mortgage broker when I tried to purchase a property listed by KFH. He was so fantastically helpful that I decided to keep his services even after the initial sale fell through and I moved on to another non-KFH listed property. Sawan went above and beyond at each and every stage of the process, helping me navigate the volatile mortgage market at the end of 2022 and start of 2023. He always made time to talk me through every offer and greatly helped with my decision making. He is also incredibly responsive to any small question I had, always replying within a few hours. This is in stark contrast with other brokers who are often AWOL for weeks or get annoyed if you ask too many questions.I can't recommend Sawan's services enough!

We were looking for a rental property for our client who suffered a brain injury and did not have the usual references etc. It was a very stressful time trying to find him a new home in the current climate. The team at kfh, Canada Water were always super helpful. They always answered any questions quickly and nothing was too much trouble.
