GoogleSunny is a fantastic agent, constantly chasing up the solicitors and brokers to try and push through our sale. KFH in general are great in the local area as have now been involved in so many transactions around SJW. All the team are very approachable and work well for both sides.

A big thank you to Shelley and her team who have done a really excellent job in finding tenants for my property in Blackheath. Chris produced an amazing video of the flat and I have no doubt at all that this encouraged viewings. Marta was really on the ball in all respects and great at keeping me informed on all aspects of the rental process. Very, very efficient. Dami was also great at conducting viewings and I can only say that every member of the team delivered as promised. Thereare many estate agents in Blackheath but I doubt if any could match Shelley and her team at KFH.

Andree and the team at KFH were excellent throughout my flat Sale. They were super efficient and drove through the process. When I had the sale fall through, it was back on the market and sold again within a week. Andree also helped a lot with dealing with very poor solicitors, helping to push the sale through quickly.

From the very first viewing (where Jonathan forgot to arrive and left me waiting for 15 minutes without contact, never showed up or apologised), right up until the end where we had to chase the keys after completion, the whole process was a shambles - Jonathan made us feel pressured and like we were the root of the problem when it actually came down to him promising his vendors too much in too short a time frame. Pressuring buyers because an estate agent has 2 sets of commission at stake is in my opinion, pretty nauseating. When we requested information we would wait for sometimes a week before any follow-up but were expected to have immediate answers for Jonathan should he require them. Added to this, he failed to mention that the Vendor's mortgage was expiring until after the December holidays (a month into the process) by which point, we and our solicitors were placed under unreasonable pressure to complete a leasehold purchase in less than 8 weeks - an impossible time-frame. He clearly knew this was the case as our current neighbours viewed the property to purchase in October 2022. I think it also prudent to note that as the agent for the property, he should (at the most basic level) know what comes included with the property. For almost 3 months we were led to believe the loft was included in the lease and it wasn't. This meant last minute renegotiation which was the last thing we needed and meant we almost lost the property. I would steer well clear of KFH.

He has helped us secure two mortgages and the overall process was very smooth and effective on both occasions.Pardeep held our hands through every step of the process. From putting on market, to first viewing, to having an offer accepted (at asking price) was all concluded within 3 weeks, and exchange with a chain free buyer has been achieved in a further 7 weeks. Entire process including KFH recommended solicitor has been the easiest property transaction I've ever been involved with. Dealt with Sebastian, Liam and Beyzan mainly. A very good job was done, particularly on the price negotiation, which is where the agents really add their value.

Me and my partner had a great experience with KFH. In particular, the service provided by Patricija was exceptional. We enquired about a property during the week and Patricija was very prompt in getting back to us. Booked us for a viewing on Saturday. In addition she showed us 4 additional properties which were all appropriate for the type of property we were interested in. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout. I would recommend KFH, In particular my broker Sawan was a top guy and did an amazing job, securing me a good rate at a difficult time. I'm self employed and a first time buyer; Sawan knew exactly what to do and made the the process seemless. Initially Laurent was attentive and nice to deal and with so i was saddened to hear he had become unwell half way through the process. I hope he is doing better now and wish him all the best.

Pardeep and Sharon have been so helpful in organising my mortgage for the purchase of my first flat. First time buying has been really stressful and daunting, but Pardeep and Sharon have been so professional and supportive throughout. Pardeep found me the best possible mortgage offer on the market for a property with a short lease, and made sure I understood mortgages fully before applying to the lender. He and Sharon then helped me out when I needed to apply for a mortgage re-issue (3 times!) due to changes in purchase price and circumstance. They never hesitated to call my lender for help or updates, and were especially helpful in getting the final mortgage offer sent out speedily when we were ready to exchange. Pardeep was kind and calm when I was feeling anxious and took every possible step to make sure I was looked after, including answering my calls instantly and calling me to discuss my queries instead of simply emailing me. I couldn't recommend Pardeep's Mortgage Broker services more. Thanks to both of you!

I would definitely recommend kfh if you are selling or buying a property. ( I was doing both and had last moved over 20 years ago and wasn't over familiar with the processes). Kfh were really helpful when issues came up with my sale. I was assigned a specific person who very much looked after me through the whole process and liaised with other agents in the chain. Calls and emails were responded to promptly and the whole team were friendly and helpful if I needed to go in the branch. The personal touch did make a difference to me.

I felt like we had to keep prompting them to act to do things.We were told there would be a 'For Sale' board outside our property as part of our agreement but it wasn't put there for months until I pointed it out to them. Also, I asked them to add to the Right Move advertisement that there is off road parking outside the front door, which is free, to help from a selling point of view.There were 2 executors in the process of selling our parents' house, both myself & my brother. We should both have been cc'd in ALL emails from KFH but unfortunately we weren't. Ultimately this led to lots of confusion sometimes with only one of us knowing and assuming the other already knew or had dealt with matters arising.

I would highly recommend KFH! I had a few friends refer Dominic Wallis to me as a mortgage advisor and I could not have been happier with my experience. Dominic is not only very knowledgeable, but he went above and beyond to help explain the mortgage process to me as a first time buyer and answered all my questions - whether on our scheduled calls, by phone, or by email. Dominic was constantly on top of the process and would update me on everything when needed; I definitely felt like I was kept in the loop and that I was getting the best possible offer. There were a few hiccups on the way (the process, not Dominic) and Dominic was always there to support me - from finding another solicitor at short notice to switching mortgage lenders. I would highly recommend Dominic to anyone looking for a mortgage and I look forward to working with him again in the next few years! I would also like to thank Heather Froment-Jones for chasing my solicitor for any updates regarding exchange and completion. Every time I thought about chasing my solicitor, there was already an email in my inbox from Heather chasing for me. It was like Heather could read my mind! Lastly, I would like to thank Ravi Chauhan for helping me choose an appropriate insurance policy for my property. Before meeting Ottavia at KFH Raynes Park branch, our property search had been frustrating and disheartening. In this competitive rental market of undersupply, I often felt like a number. I was rushed through the viewings, if you even got to that stage as many would expect you to make an offer based on a video viewing! It was clear that most agents ONLY had the interest of the landlord in mind. They did not care whether you or someone else would take it. It was purely a transaction.Working with Ottavia has been a very different and enjoyable experience. From our FIRST interaction her contact was very personal. She was the first person who actually cared by showing genuine interest in me and MY needs as a tenant, so that she could find the ideal match/outcome for both parties. She has gone out of her way in her communication between me, the landlord and referencing agency with the objective to find a solution for a somewhat more complex situation and bring it to a successful close.As a result I felt heard and seen throughout the entire process, I have found my new dream home and I look forward to this next stage of my life as an empty nester and a positive and long lasting relationship with my new landlord.My advice for those looking to engage KFH in their rental search is to ask for Ottavia's help specifically. Dominic and the wider team were friendly and professional when helping us arrange a mortgage, during a period when fluctuating interest rates made this trickier than it would be ordinarily. There were so many other stresses around purchasing a property that it was much appreciated that we didn't experience that in arranging the finance. We’ve been on with KFH for a week, and Joe, Rita and the team have been amazing. Responsive, positive, professional and encouraging. Great communication throughout. We had photos within 24 hours, a series of viewings within the first 3 days, helpful feedback from those viewings, and then Joe diligently and carefully followed up with one of the viewers, successfully securing a second viewing, and an offer. Essentially the team achieved more in 1 week than other local agents achieved in multiple weeks.
