Sally Playfoot filled me with confidence from the first time I met her. She was very enthusiastic about my home even though it needed some tlc. I knew she would sell it for me.She and her team , Hannah and Jason kept me up to date throughout, on the viewings and the viewers responses. They were so friendly and efficient.I felt in good hands throughout the process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Get KFH to do everything! We recent sold and purchased with KFH, they organised our conveyancing and provide mortgage brokering services too. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service provided. The estate agents were amazing (Gintare at Brockley branch is fantastic, such a brilliant communicator), the seamlessness of sorting mortgage arrangements through Fred Abeyata and the legals through their London wide Conveyancing service made things so much easier. A brilliant service.

In what could have been a very difficult purchase of a flat with each day bringing a new complication Eden provided assistance and reassurance making the process as easy as possible. If you need to purchase or sell a property and want a guarantee that the estate agent will work to ensure that the needs of the buyer and sellers are met so that you are both happy then look no further than Eden.Having worked with several estate agents in my personal property hunt I can confidently say that Eden was by far the most professional, helpful and friendly agent I had the pleasure of working with and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in the market.

While we have had mixed experiences with a lot of agents, our experience with KFH has been brilliant. Euan, Sawan, Ravi and Sharon from the team in Highgate helped us to find a place and made the whole process much easier than we could have hoped, especially as they had to handle issues with our mortgage. They were all very professional and friendly and we really appreciate it.

They have been the worst lettings agency I have ever been with. We had a delayed contract due to expired electrical safety certificate, we felt pressured to offer more rent and were very rushed into our decision. We didn't know any details about our move in day until I contacted the landlord directly the day before. Now 3 months in and any repairs I have had to work directly with the landlord, and now there is an emergency leak, there is no emergency contact number to use, nor does the online form work correctly to report this issues. I would never go with KFH.

KFH management of rental property have been a nightmare to work with. There emails are not clear. There communication is terrible- never allowing transparency of actions, just billing me or arranging works and then telling me what they will cost. Often their billing statements repeat costs from previous months- and its not clear if they are double billing or their internal service just has not dealt with it yet. Also the turn over staff to manage my property was so frequent creating no continuation, so when works were quoted for- the next person never knew what they were for and we had to start again, meanwhile issues got worse. Every time I called or emailed to be called back it would be days before they got back to me. And apologies for incompetency was always too little too late. Warning if considering having them manage your property- they are hard work!

Yasmin Vedat of the Bakers street branch of KFH is the deal! From the moment we met she sold the property from the first sentence. Amazing! … And true to fact we have been happy purchasers with everything she said holding true. KFH with Kemi and the team were quite diligent and professional. The transaction went as smoothly as it could despite the fact we were doing this on the back of another sale. There was need for patience, understanding and allighnmnets which Yasmin ably provided between the two parties and the office delivered effectively. Highly recommended ..

I sold my flat with KFH and chose them due to the initial reception from the manager, Alex, and also because they offered a short term commitment whereby you can jump ship if you feel you need to.I didn't need to. They have a good database and pull out all the stops in that initial period. I had an offer I could accept before the listing was even published.I primarily dealt with Millie and sometimes Alex. They are both good and sales and very proactive. They kept on the case with the solicitors, which was very much needed at times.I'd sell through them again.There was a couple of clangers with the admin side of things but I spotted the mistakes and they rectified quickly. Nothing to hold against them, just a reminder to be 'on it' yourself at all times in the process.... Including with your own solicitor. Just the nature of these things with the amount of people involved and all the paperwork.Thankyou Millie and Alex and everyone else involved in the sale!

An absolutely terrible agency. They pretended that a flat was available, while simply trying to get more buyers to put pressure on an initial buyer - even while knowing I was pregnant and had little time to find a home. Their communications lacked in transparency, putting pressure on me to obtain a mortgage offer without even taking the flat off the market. Once I obtained the offer, they never acknowledged receipt and stop replying to telephone calls. The worst real estate experience I have had in London or elsewhere.

We were tenants with KFH property managing for four years during which time we found their service to be incompetent. Serious issues (leaking roofs, lack of working shower) took months to fix, and we had a serious mouse infestation for 9 months which lead to personal item and property damage (which could have been resolved with contractors coming in to block up large holes in the property as the mice were mainly residing in the flat below us - instead a man on a bike came round to glue the smaller holes temporarily). We could seemingly never get a straight answer from whichever current property manager was working on our property, and they always seemed to have no idea what they were doing or how to move the issues forward to resolve. We were often treated like we didn't know what we were talking about and had to spend significant time dealing with numerous contractors for these issues. KFH were never timely with updates on the problems or communications from the landlord - we always had to chase. I would not advise renting a property where they are property manager, it is not a well run organisation.

TrustpilotDon’t choose Joel as your agent
At the beginning, Joel was reactive, but he became more pushy the minute my offer got accepted. We agreed that the lease extension was on its way (in February) … I went on holiday and the whole week the guy did not stop pushing for me to get a lawyer. He recommended the agency’s lawyer and said that the purchase will go off if I do not have a lawyer by the end of the week. He said that the other party is more than ready and that they have a London lawyer, as KFH advised, and they are ready to close the deal. He insisted that I should take the lawyer that the agency advised. After looking at the KFH agency for lawyers rating in Google reviews, I saw that the agency acts like a broker for the lawyers, once they give you one, if she/he is not responsive, the fault is yours and the agency does not get involved anymore… I did my research and looked for my own lawyer. I choose one that has very good ratings for this kind of deal, but the criticism from Joel did not wait: “why did you take a lawyer outside of London?”/ “why did you not choose one of our lawyers? They are more prepared”/ “I looked into the Google rating for the lawyer you picked [4.5 against the agencies 3 points] and they are not good”. I just ignored his comments as I wanted to proceed with the transaction. Everyone told me that this can take up to 3 months to complete. After a month and half, I enquired Joel to know what the situation was. It turned out the other party did not have a lawyer; they were still finding one… After 2 months, stuff started to move a bit, but again stopped, why? My lawyer found out that the other party had only just started the negotiation for the lease extension at the end of May (it was supposed to start in February), so until that is done the sale is on hold… Time went by and my mortgage offer was getting to an end, good old Joel got back to his pushy techniques, blaming my solicitor for everything. After 10 months waiting, finally we got to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Of course, Joel was not going to take responsibility for the agreement I did with him as before putting my offer- he said to me that everything that I see in the apartment is mine if I proposed a certain amount of money, but at the end that was not true and the seller wanted back some stuff. As always, Joel did not take responsibility for what he said with the excuse that he sells properties and not furniture, and talked again of his years of experience as a house seller and in other words I should just go cry to the river… Not the best experience buying a new home.

Has the best experience buying my first property with Sawan as my mortgage advisor. He made sure I fully understood each step of the process and worked hard to get the best mortgage for me. He was always available when I needed anything and would answer all my questions with a full explanation. Could not have gone to a better mortgage advisor! Thank you Sawan!

Totally appalling and useless company. Never ending change of managers for one property. This is their tactics, let someone take over to annoy their customers to start all over again. They have absolutely no clue how to communicate, even when you engage with senior directors Richard Benson and Carl Warland, they can't help!. Shannaleigh Batson is a senior manager- not sure how!. Alex Kelly and Linda Foss are totally unhelpful and they just ignore any emails sent out to them. There are so many names to put out there but these are the current ones Everyone at KFH including their account team can't do simple spreadsheet. Please avoid at all cost

Sian & the team in Brockley delivered us a successful property sale, in challenging times. As advertised, they were incredibly proactive in seeking potential buyers from across their SE London network of offices, and communication throughout was excellent. Out of 3 agencies we interviewed, they were the only agency to suggest we list without securing a lease extension first, which saved us a huge amount of money, time, and I'm sure, sanity. Sian is exactly the type of calm influence and cool head you want from a sales manager, especially when delays are causing stress across the chain. Darren's dedication to keeping everyone updated and keeping the process moving is incredible. I'm not many agents would sing happy birthday to a client as well as Darren did!KFH were open to discussions about things that were important to me, like sequencing of photos for adverts, and offered expert advice they backed up at every step.I'd like to thank Sian & Darren in particular, as well as Gintare who's efforts introduced a number of qualified buyers to our property.

GoogleHad the honor of meeting Barnaby from KFH about a month ago now. Was in town with my parents looking for a place close to my new school program, and Barnaby went out of his way to fully show us the apartment building, walk us to the nearby train and past the nearest park, and tell us about the area in preparation for moving here for the first time. He is extremely personable, kind, and professional. Out of all the various places we were shown, Barnaby was the agent that stood out to us the most. He followed up with more potential properties and offered help past his due. Thankful to have been assisted by him.

Professional and personable approach when selling our property and sourcing a mortgage for our onward purchase. Since the first meeting and valuation with Shaun our needs have been met with support from the team and especially from Oliver who has been looking after us and our potential buyers. Superb communication with a clam but reassuring and professional approach from Oliver is always appreciated. Also his recommendation to try KFH mortgage services was exactly what we were after and more. Sawan took time to understand our needs and finances to help us secure a mortgage offer which met our needs and then helped us to further reduce the rate as the market changed. His approach and experience is second to none with his colleague Sharon always accessible and communicating important steps for completion and information along the way. KFH lettings management are poor, to say the least. Emails & phone calls are ignored and unexplained charges are regularly levied and often incorrect or unjustified. I would absolutely discourage all landlords from employing them, they are really not reliable or helpful.
