Barnaby was extremely helpful when my partner and I were looking for a property to rent in the area. The place we originally wanted to view had already gone, but Barnaby suggested a couple of places that were due to come on to the market soon for viewings. One of the apartments was absolutely perfect, the only reason we didn’t take it was because we had a deal to stay in our current place. Highly recommend this estate agent and suggest you ask for Barnaby if you do, he couldn’t do enough for us. We’ll be back when we’re buying in a couple of years.

I was more than an hour late, I let Lucy Baker know and she kindly waited. I loved the house and immediately started the process. If there is an option of 0 star, I would go for it without any doubts!!! The agent Nina is very unprofessional and rude. So avoid using this agency if you have other chances. Initially, agent Ali asked me for a preferable viewing time, but without my reply and confirm, he booked a viewing slot for me as if I would be available at that time. I requested another time slot and waited for around 2 days for his reply (just a day before the viewing). He didn’t manage to host me for the viewing and referred it to his colleague Nina. On the viewing day, I asked my friend to go with me and it took us around an hour for driving to the place. We arrived a bit earlier than the confirmed viewing slot just to ensure that we would be on time for it. It is the basic politeness in my culture. HOWEVER, I got a very short notice (less than an hour before the confirmed viewing slot), and only by a phone message, from Nina that the viewing needed to be rescheduled. In her initial message, there’s no any word or sense for showing her apologies of causing this inconvenience. All the words and messages were stating that there’s no any mistakes / responsibilities should be blamed / taken by her or the agency. I made a call to her after receiving the message and said if I could view the property for a couple of minutes. And all Nina said was about how busy she were at that moment and couldn’t make any attempts or try to find a solution for me, but asked me to reschedule the viewing. Nina is also a RACIST as she then replied to me “you are not listening clearly”. Obviously, after the phone call, she could easily tell that I’m not a native speaker. In this case, if I were in her shoes, I would probably talk more patiently and slowly for letting me know the situation or at least trying to give me another agent’s contact information for assisting me if she was INDEED very busy. Ironically, she spent a lot of time texting me looong messages afterwards just to emphasise that she’s busy at the moment and could not assist me further. If you want to find a professional and polite agent for helping you get a suitable property happily, AVOID using this agency!

In September 2022 I put a flat up for rental with KFH St John's Wood. I dealt with Amanda Larsson who understood immediately the type of Tenant I was looking for, and in fact found her within a week. Unfortunately the flat suffered flooding from above, but Amanda hung in there and the Tenant was finally able to move in during December. Amanda was not only extremely professional but showed kindness throughout. I must also mention that Alex Newman at the branch was also helpful and kind. Very impressed and recommend.

The service at KFH St John's Wood is nearly impeccable. It took approximately 2-3 weeks to finalize all the rental procedures. A pivotal step in the services provided by KFH is the UK guarantee referencing. This is crucial because only by successfully navigating this referencing can the rent be paid on a monthly basis; otherwise, one would be obligated to make lump sum payments either biannually or annually. For my wife and me, especially given our current employment situation, the prospect of a 6 or 12-month upfront payment posed significant financial strain. In terms of our primary requirements, which were centered around studio location, reasonable rent, and monthly payments, Chris from KFH offered valuable recommendations and guided us seamlessly through the referencing process. As recent master's graduates in part-time positions, we haven’t yet ventured into full-time roles. Chris was instrumental in ensuring transparent and effective communication with the landlord throughout our journey. Moreover, post-contract, we encountered certain disagreements with the landlord, primarily related to maintenance. Both Chris and Alex from KFH provided insightful advice on resolving these matters. Given their empathy, professionalism, and their adept handling of the referencing, I believe KFH's service is truly deserving of a 5-star rating.

I haven’t rented with this agency but I wish I had. Not that my current one is bad, no. But Alex and Amanda were so nice, polite and had an incredible amount of patience on getting our details and getting properties to us. You know the drill… go to the agency, “I’ll put you in the system”, automated listings, that thing. Not with them. They really tried to understand what we wanted and needed. Not being pushy or sending properties above sour budget (really don’t like when agencies do that). It’ll be the first place I’ll check next time I look for a property.

I recently completed on the purchase of a flat in St John’s Wood. I did the first viewing with Henry who also showed me a few other flats in the area. Henry was so polite and helpful and also very supportive in what was quite a stressful situation for me. He went the extra mile when I wanted a flat that I lost but which later came back on the market. I would also praise very highly Paul, the manager. After the sale was agreed he managed the period up to and including completion which was hugely stressful for all parties. I couldn’t praise this branch of KFH enough.
