TrustpilotThis service has my credits
Our family has used the KFH services several times, and we are happy to say we have been provided with a consistently good service standard all the time. The team is very professional and helpful so I will recommend it to all without reservation.

We bought our house through KFH and experienced a positive, communicative, professional service. As a buyer, we had confidence in the buying process and the fact that the agent was working to support us.

TrustpilotProfessional and easy-going.
KFH agents are very easy to deal with and very efficient. Initially I've contacted Alex Atkins. He came around and explained to us the whole process. Other colleagues took over from him and within days our flat was rented. We can recommend KFH with confidence.

TrustpilotVery poor at tenancy renewals
The renewals team at KFH appear to get worse and worse each time we renew the tenancy. All whilst they continue to be happy to charge large amounts of money for the poor service. Understand there are better / cheaper options online now for which we will use in the future.

Joe and Rita at KFH went out of their way to be helpful and supportive at every stage of my sale. They guided me through the process and were incredibly helpful pushing along some difficult legal items and generally providing support. KFH were very responsive every time I contacted them. I'd definitely recommend their services.

TrustpilotWe went to the Highgate office of KFH
We went to the Highgate office of KFH, the agents were keen, friendly, and knowledgeable. During the buying process they listened to our concerns and acted promptly to help us achieve our aims. However I think that on occasions they need to take care not to be overly pushy.

TrustpilotWould NOT recommend
Would NOT recommend. Felt very chaotic and with the exception of Claire who endeavoured to keep me up to date I felt as though they were working for the buyer not me.

TrustpilotBrilliant Service
Kevin - Mortgage Consultant - was a delight to work with. Incredibly easy to chat to, efficient, kind and worked with my best interest in mind. I was clueless and everything was made simple - I wouldn't have secured the property I wanted without. Highly recommend.

TrustpilotVery satisfied!
We found out about KFH through my nephew, who’d had recently changed management from another company, and couldn’t recommend KFH highly enough. At the moment we are in contact with two different branches, and we can say they are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were concerned about the market and weren’t optimistic about finding tenants quickly, but they really surprised us! We are very happy to have decided to work with them.

GoogleI’ve been searching for months and I’m still looking, but Alix showed me plenty of options and she follows up with me every time a new property comes on. She’s tentative, engaged with my search and always has time for my questions. I wish more letting agents where like Alix. She’s knowledgable, patient and approachable. KFH are lucky to have her.

TrustpilotKFH Putney Sales Team
The team managed the sale of our flat in a very professional way and kept us reasonably informed at every stage. We bought the flat through them originally and found them to be very helpful at the time. I would recommend KFH and use them again in the future.
