We bought a property through KFH Dulwich Village and from the start right through to the final day of completion they were very proactive and supportive. As often occurs there were some problems, but although they were not caused by KFH they were full of good advice, supportive and helpful. They went all out to get it all completed and all problems overcome. I recommend them unreservedly and will definitely use them if/when I come to sell next time.

We recently sold our house and purchased our new home through KFH and couldn’t be happier with the help and service they provided. Our sale took far longer than anyone anticipated, but Kevin and Susan worked hard to keep it all going and stopped the chain from collapsing- even when dealing with excruciatingly slow and incompetent solicitors who seemed determined to derail the process right up to the last moment.We love our new home and are so grateful to the team for helping us finally secure it.

We sold our house with KFH Sydenham (having originally been sold it as a new build by them). They were excellent when we instructed them, and at getting offers on our house from multiple parties. However, when we got closer to exchange they were pretty poor. The branch had quite a robust and slightly aggressive approach to their sales which worked really well for us whilst they were selling the property, but it slightly turned on us towards exchange - the information we received them from during that period was inaccurate and it definitely felt like they were acting more for the buyer of our house than us. We tried to provide some feedback, but this was not well received by the Sydenham branch at all. So a great start but a poor finish.

It’s not only about getting the deal done it’s about going that extra mile to make sure that the parties to the deal are satisfied. KFH was not helpful in connecting us, with the right people to ensure that we had access to everything that the vendor had - gates, keys, access codes etc. responses to our queries for few and far between after many follow ups. Offers to help were made but never acted upon. We still don’t know where our parking is and no one can help us becuase we don’t have contact with the vendor and KFH didn’t bother to find out the details for us. It hasn’t been a satisfactory relationship.

KFH dealt with our purchase. Deana was absolutely brilliant in managing us and our seller, I couldn’t recommend them enough. They were certainly the best agent we had dealings with throughout the whole process, including our selling agent. When we come to selling this house in the future we will most certainly sell through KFH.

I am a landlord and I have a managed property with KFH. Following my experience with them I would strongly advise not using KFH. They have been completely incompetent in my view. An example of this is when in between tenants they registered me to my neighbours ulility bills. This has resulted in nine months of hell. I now have a debt for over £1800.00 for my neighbours property (Ovo energy are also a nightmare) and a the threat of legal action against me. KHF have done nothing to help or assist me in this matter, in fact their lack of customer care is making it worse.

Very professional and proactive.Barrington the manager spent a considerable time in discussing the sale and options. I felt the sale price was considered and explained to me with comparables and options to sell quickly or test the market. The service I received was outstanding and all of the sales team visited the property and were fully aware of its benefits so as to be able to effectively deal with buyers and their needs.David dealt with the sale and he was amazing. Responsive and really on the ball, making sure everyone was informed and I have to say it was the easiest and smoothest property sale I’ve ever had.Thank you KFH Crouch End!
