Extremely poor agency

Extremely poor agency. Throughout my two years living in their property, they never resolved any issues I reported, such as a dripping sink, broken fridge, and wall hooks falling off. They are now charging me for normal wear and tear and even attempting to charge me again for professional cleaning, which I had already paid for. Additionally, it has been two months since I moved out, and my deposit still hasn’t been returned. My property agent, Lauren Field, was unresponsive and failed to address any of my concerns. I strongly advise against working with this agency or renting their properties, especially the one near Borough station. They will try to steal your money.

Arranged a flat viewing with them, and Edmund Abatan couldn’t be bothered to inform me that the property was no longer on the market until I reached out on WhatsApp 40 minutes before the viewing, while I was already on my way. As if my time isn’t as valuable as theirs.

Professional and clearly working in our favour throughout a difficult sale

They kept in regular contact with updates. We felt they were absolutely doing their best for us in what turned out to be a difficult sale. We had to manage the sale of our parents house from a distance under emotional circumstances. They were supportive and took on extra responsibilities as we live so far away and couldn't get there at times. The buyer proved difficult and the sale was protracted but they handled it professionally and we got there in the end. Highly recommend this company. Thank you

Sometimes one comes across a small team of real professionals who go the extra mile. As a first time renter and not quite sure how the system worked, Kerim and his colleague Piers were truly wonderful. They patiently talked through with me what would work and what was beyond our means, but even made me feel that they want to help in any way they could. An example and a sign of my confidence in them was when I asked if they could negotiate a rental for me that was being handled by another agency. I felt that if Piers could take control, then it would happen. Happy to recommend and will be my first point of contact next time I am looking to rent

BATTERSEA BRANCH - AWFUL EXPERIENCE I would start by saying I never ever write bad reviews. I am a reasonable person and understand things (especially with property sales) don't always go in a straight line. However, when you sell a property (a 2bed with outdoor space in Battersea) with a supposedly reputable agency you expect some level of service. I have had a terrible experience with a particular agent at this branch which all could have been avoided with clear communication.I got one phone call with the initial offer and then I spent the next 4.5months chasing her. I firmly believe that her lack of urgency and clarity has cost me a lot of money so my advice is to do your due diligence before just agreeing to work with a particular agent. I wish I'd asked for some references! Even after settlement she is sending me threatening emails. Thank you to the branch's manager who stepped in and ultimately helped move things along but I just wish we'd never had to get there.

Can’t thank Joseph and Kerry enough.

It’s been nearly one year of working with Kerry first, then Joseph, asking for multiple mortgage offers and it was never too much for them. As being a landlord for 3 years, KFH has been the best agency I have ever worked with. Mr. Kerim and Dejvi has been in the process of finding the right tenant at the right time, providing any demands of mine with the utmost friendly way possible! Most agencies usually try excluding themselves after the contracts are completed, however Mr. Kerim and Dejvi are still in contact with me and the tenant, helping both sides to find solutions to any problem that may occur. Fantastic Service - Highly Recommended James and Elle did a fantastic job selling my 3 Bed flat in Marylebone. I initially tried two other agents who could not manage to sell the flat in 3 months and only one of these produced an offer which was too low. I then made the wise decision to appoint KFH Marylebone who assured me they could sell the property for close to or at the asking price. While I had heard all this before from other agents who had not performed I was more confident James and Elle could deliver on theses expectations. I was very happy to receive an offer very close to the asking price within about 7 business days of signing the contract. They were that good! After receiving the offer the team were excellent at following through to make sure the deal got done - very prompt in returning phone calls and chasing up solicitors. In short I would thoroughly recommend the KFH Marylebone Sale team. I will certainly use them again ahead of all other agents in the Marylebone area if another opportunity arises.

Avoid KFH Block Management!

Avoid KFH Block Management!They have been managing our estate and have completely mismanaged contracts causing the annual service charge amount to increase exponentially.The have admitted to allowing the estates communal electricity to go out of contract for over a year, causing the cost to increase by over 500% (not an exaggeration!). They neglected to inform our estate directors for over a year, and claimed that they struggled to find a new contract for all that time, but did not tell anyone we were out of contract. The lack of communication on this and all matters is unbelievably poor. They don't respond to tenants queries at all and fail to follow through on any commitments they give. Avoid at all costs.

Unhelpful and unprofessional

We were extremely disappointed and angry with how KfH handled our potential purchase of a property. They failed us more than once. Firstly, failing to tell us the full extent of the chain above us (which only transpired three months later!). Secondly, using increasing threats of chain breakdown and deadlines (which always passed without consequence). These always seemed to coincide with month-end and seemingly in the interests of staff commission as once in a new month they stopped! Thirdly, they even suggested we should ignore our solicitor's advice and guidance, questioning why further enquiries were being raised. Inappropriate and unprofessional. To cap it all on the very day exchange and completion dates were set, they informed us a higher offer had been accepted on the property (which presumably they had continued advertising despite our agreement once our offer had been accepted) but claiming that our vendor may be prepared to negotiate. Another way of increasing their commission?? We saw little integrity from KfH, plenty of bull-dozing in their own interests and I have no trust at all in them. Bizarrely, when the sale fell through, they offered to help us find another property. Absolutely no way!
